Hands down the best Vietnamese food around. I've been coming to Hoi An Pho for about 5 years now and have really gotten to know some of the staff over the last few years. As a family owned and operated business, they have a very homey vibe that you just can't beat. They are extremely welcoming and the food is amazing. My only regret is that I'll be moving and won't get to eat there as often (but I'll still make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town). Highly recommend Hoi An Pho - try the rare beef pho and the BBQ pork bánh mì!
I have been coming here almost 5 years now with my family. I LOVE this place. The pho is always amazing. The ingredients are fresh and pure. I also recommend the spring rolls and bahn mi. It is a sweet little family owned restaurant and service is great. Definitely the best Viet food around! :)
Is this the best pho place ever? No, but it's pretty average, and average is good enough for the Western Fairfield CT region which is a Vietnamese food desert (that is, until Bridgeport)Serving sizes were on the small side, so we were left full but not stuffed. Pork pho is unique and tasty. Heard good things abiut banh mi and would try it next. Very friendly owners - glad they continue to be in business!Hot tip: check FB before you go as there may be last minute changes in hours.
Great pho. Really scratches my pho itch. The place has charm and the staff are friendly. The sirracha must flow.
Good food. Cook from scratch and basic goodness. Friendly staff. Great place for a good meal.
Amazing Vietnamese food, consistent and so tasty. Staff is super nice, family owned business. Highly recommend, support local!
The owner was friendly to his old customers but when I asked when my bowl will be ready, he appeared to be offended. The bowl comes with two leaves of withered basil.
We did a take out while we were staying a g hotel near by. My husband said they were very nice. Food was bland at best. We had summer rolls which was ok taste wise, but the roll wasn't as tightly rolled as I am used to from other Vietnamese restaurants. So it fell apart quickly. I had pork chop which was bland. My husband and son had pho and broth was again bland. Just lack of flavor and complexity that I love from Vietnamese food..
Friendly, great service, not expensive and hearty size servings
Worst pho I have ever had. The broth was extremely bland and had no flavor... it was also barely lukewarm so the meat that was in it never 'cooked' and stayed rare.. you could see the blood leaking out into the broth. All around, it was no good. I took 2 bites and just couldn't eat it. Lost my appetite. Do not recommend.
