Not impressed at all. Dont understand the positive reviews. Came here on a Saturday with a Party of 8. The 2 girls at the front were very nice and the waiter was nice but thats why they get 3 stars. We ordered some salads and main courses. The Seafood Risotto had no seasoning. The Angus Burger hd no seasoning. The Caesar salad didnt have enough dressing. We asked the wait staff for sauces, salt and soft drink which took way too long to come out. Half of us got our food, the others waited 20 minutes after we did. Unacceptable. We spent $45 per person but it was definitely not worth it.
New extended patio but same kitchen with 3 cooks…AVOID...got there at 7:00pm and didn’t eat until 8:30pm. Our food was cold and sitting by the time it came out. Tried to speak with the owners to politely talk about our unfortunate experience and our server explained to us the owners are not in. After 20 minutes of waiting to speak with the the owners a manager was then sent to our table. After describing to her our horrible experience she then agreed with us, spoke down on the owners of the restaurant and admitted “to be honest the owner is sitting at the bar inside right now”. Come to find out she was eating at the bar avoiding coming to our table. We approached the owner on the way out at the bar and asked if we could speak to her about our experience being the location was beautiful, service was wonderful, but simply our food was cold, didn’t eat until an hour and 30 Minutes after we sat, went through two bottles of wine waiting, etc. The owner was insulted we interrupted her dinner while the whole restaurant was extremely busy and staff looked exhausted. We even spoke in our native language to be respectful but was then called an a**hole for “daring to talk to her while eating” and continued to push the blame on her staff asking what was wrong with our server…Moral of the story, servers and managers were extremely sorry for our experience and spoke low of the owner…avoid at all costs…
Nice view, but absurdly expensive prices on Mother’s Day ($75 for a prix fixe), especially given the portion sizes. Vegetarians should not expect much beyond a salad.
Harbor Lights has delicous food and a great staff!!
3 of us stopped in for appetizers and a drink. Service was very slow and once we paid our server never came back to see if we needed water refills. I know we were done, but it was about 4:30 and only a quarter of the tables were taken. Other 2 with me got crab cakes and said very good. My Firecracker Shrimp were average- wqy over fried.
They make sure gay couples are hidden in the corner so only their white heterosexual couples are visible when you walk-in. The manager didn’t care when I discussed this with her, even catching full on bad attitude. Clearly she hates gay couples. Aside from this blatant homophobia, the food is blah. We gave Dory a $100 cash tip (the bill was $160) because she’s too good for this hell hole.

Stopped by for dinner while we were in Stamford. It was a nice place with very good food. The drinks were a little too sweet but the food and dessert made it all up!
Habor light its great place to enjoy a dining, its has great atmosphere inside on wonderfulness of ocean just keap a great peacefulness atmosphere great place to have friends family parties, and enjoy once company wild having anything one desires from the food menu and beverage menu. I say this because when food items are in season it here and also beverages. I just want peope to try it enjoy it and have fun in dining experience. I wont say what i had becaue if i do i will loose my dining experience there but it was good when i was there with with one of many family member. The owners are great people.
