False advertisement!!! I went there today at 3:40 pm and they charged me 6$ for a brown sugar cold brew when it clearly says it is 3$ !! This is violation of Connecticut Regulation 42-110b-18.I asked the guy at the drive thru to get the same price as promotion he said that it is expired!!
Has a drive through which is a blessing. Very nice staff, food was good, cheap, and quick, for a mid day meal.Recommended

Got there half hour before closing, I was told they did not have coffee and i was offered something different. Dunkin, No coffee? W T F?
I honestly think the employees are not well trained in customer service, ESPECIALLY for a coffee shop, let alone a dunkin. Every morning Monday thru Friday I come here, and there’s a delay picking up my order that’s placed 15-20 minutes ahead of time. And today was the pinnacle, lost ticket other people picking up my bag of food, me having no clue that it’s even mine because the receipts are just thrown on the counter in view of the employees only, and the person who I addressed about my missing coffee was very rude, and out of spite put not ice in my large ice coffee. I was not rude either.

Quick staff! Seems like if you get your order wrong they'll give you a little come back which is fair. So get your order right people! They go through enough taking so many orders a day!
The lady that took my order was very nice. that's how customer service need to be.
