Extremely slow service. Usually at least a 15min wait just to order if you're in the drive thru. I don't understand why management constantly leaves the poor employees alone when this is a clearly busy location. Employees here aren't the friendliest either but to be honest, I probably wouldn't either if I worker at this DD. They seem understaffed and overworked. Management needs to schedule better so there isn't such long wait time to order.

Cmon man. Why is my light and sweet butter pecan hot coffee bitter? Don’t let these new people make the coffee. You can say have a nice day and be as kind as you want but if my coffee is disgusting it won’t help.
This is my local Dunkin donuts and is my favorite one to get coffee. They also have a Baskin Robbins inside and my favorite thing to get is a mint chocolate chip milkshake. Soo good. Overall though, it's a nice Dunkin donuts and the staff is generally friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone. Five out of five stars.

I've been to this location a half dozen times in the last few years. To say its gone downhill is an understatement. The entire store is unclean. The bathrooms are especially gross. Today there was a girl skateboarding in the store at 6pm and no one was manning the counter. Very sketchy vibe so I left and won't be back.
This particular DD is not great. Staff wasn't very friendly. Prices at this Dunkin are waaaay more expensive than the others I've been to. Sorry to give a negative review, but I won't be going back to this store. All the others are so much nicer and cleaner.
