Really bad customer service. They give you a nasty attitude.
I have been a 20 year customer of Dunkin.It took 25 minutes for drive thru for a coffee and munchkins.Coffee was made incorrectly and munchkins we're stale and no flavor.I have seen a decline in Service and Quality over the past few years.
Waited 20 minutes at drive thru, once in line you can’t get out. Slowest service ever, took 5 minutes for car in front to get 2 coffees. My coffee wasn’t even hot
Dunkin on Boston Ave BRIDGEPORT is awesome. Staff is really nice and the decaf is always FRESH! Service is a tad slow during certain hours. But that's a good sign for business. Maybe more staff for these time might help.
I wouldn’t have minded the slow services they got my order right. But after driving away, I realize that $10 worth of iced Drinks or Almost pure White from all the milk. Hey Siri they were disgusting to drink, but once I got on the turnpike it wasn’t worth going back. I complained to Dunkin’ Donuts corporate, who had who I believe was the owner reach out to me. He offered to send me a gift card, to make up for the money I wasted. They never sent the gift cards and stopped returning my messages. I sent Dunkin’ Donuts corporate two emails letting them know that I was promised satisfaction, but then they went ghost on me. I sent Dunkin’ Donuts corporate two emails, and they failed to respond backThe franchises don’t care, because Dunkin’ Donuts corporate does not care. After several months past, I just sent them two emails over five days, when they promise a response within 48 hours, and corporate has not responded to either. Dunkin’ Donuts is turning in today very expensive bad habit, with no satisfaction

Okay so this place was the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. First off, when ordering, the person kept putting us on hold every time we tried to order something, it was super annoying. Also they wore no masks, no gloves and were touching the food. My order was not even good either.
The slowest Dunkin in Norwalk waited in drivethru for over 20 mins employees just talking not working
Worst service ever. In the evening, it’s ran by a bunch of immature kids. I should have known something was wrong when the person taking the order at the drive through sounded like he was trying to audition for a comedy show. Do better!!!
Past few months this store is so slow you’d think that the drive through is not even open.
