Don't take this pub for granted. Great atmosphere and amazing pub food! The award winning chili holds up to its namesake - incredible flavor, spice, thickness, and meat ratio. Grab a quart to go and you don't be disappointed!!
Good bar food, type. No vegan options except a salad and sweet potato fries. Would like to see more vegan options offered. Otherwise, I dined with a severe peanut/tree nut allergy and was totally safe!
Awesome atmosphere. The fish and chips are absolutely phenomenal. The drinks were amazing. joselyn, was super sweet and helpful.Just an overall great experience.
Arrived and got very excited regarding the menu, alot of potential in regards to seafood, outdoor dining and the like. Ordered a "crab cake sammy" which took over half an hour to make in a not very crowded environment. Arrived hot, fresh and over cooked - quite well done. Second bite had a piece of GLASS IN IT. Called manager over who stated "oh my" and quickly took it away without apologizing. Thankfully didn't cut myself on it, came back and attempted to say it was a piece of crabshell, odd as it was jagged and translucent, stated no - that was glass. She put her hand up to stop me from speaking and said "fine, do you want something else?" I stated yes, a crab sandwich not well done. Server never came back to table, next sandwich arrived, much better than the first with no glass additives. Never refilled drink, took beverage off the bill. Paid full price meal, tipped server 20% because wasn't their fault, may or may not go back. Situation not handled well, service below average, no COVID precautions but food/ambiance good. Definitely disappointed overall
The food is just ok. Location is good and the stars for it. One of the staff members was rude and I feel that it was probably because it was busy and she didn'tthink before speaking. If you go there for the food, you would be disappointed.

I eat here several times a year, but I should visit this restaurant much more. Recently, I've had several meals over the past 3 months. The blackened codfish burrito is a slam dunk. Guacamole is amazing as is the mango salad. Perfect blend of spicy and bright, vibrant flavors.Highly recommend this dish!Roast beef French Dip with melted Swiss. Very straight forward dish but simply amazing. Best, most lean roast beef ever. Not a hint of grizzle or strips of fat. Both times I ordered it, it's very consistent and would highly recommend it as well. Best Irish Pub around for miles and miles. Keep it up Donovan's!!
