Ordered on Grubhub and after 2 hrs I called the restaurant they put me on hold and they said the order was not prepared. The order went to their junk mail!??! Will never order from this place again.

Very tasty food. Personal pies were quite large.

Ordered delivery and it never showed up. It’s been over 4hrs and no one has answered the phone.

Order catering for a recent backyard wedding. The delivery driver Willie was sweet, kind and efficient. Mikaela was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helped make sure our order was exactly what we needed. Also she recommended the dinner rolls...if you don't try one you are missing out. We ordered 40 for 37people and we literally ran out. Delicious!

Food good. Waitress service terrible. Never greated us. Coffee was served cold. Friend asked her to get us hot coffee. We were then charged for the additional cup. When our burgers arrived, we asked for mayo and ketsup. Thought she would never return. Friend had to get up and get additional napkins since our waitress was nowhere to be found. Was not busy in diner only 4 tables with 2 to 4 people.Waitress brought bill and never asked throughout meal if needed anything or if all ok. Just slapped down bill and walked away. Gave small tip for the small amount of service. We have had this waitress before and always same bad attitude.

Kosta salad...can't go wrong. One of my favorites in Norwalk!

We've tried to have breakfast here four times...and every single time something has come wrong or not cooked to our specifications. Crispy bacon means crispy, not rubbery or, when returned and brought to us again only to find it "cooked" in the microwave not a fresh batch made properly on the grill. It's not rocket science. This last time, the owner actually said she'd only charge us "half price" for an unsatisfactory meal that we didn't eat!! (Return of bacon on plate of food yielded us the crispy bacon we had first asked for...and cold plates of the rest of the food.) There won't be a fifth try.

We ordered through Uber Eats on 10/28 and waited about an hour before calling the restaurant. They asked if the order was for (insert my address) and we said yes. They put us on hold for a minute and then tell us that they never received the order...which was quite obviously not true since they knew the address. The kitchen was closed at that point and it took another hour to cancel/refund the order through Uber Eats and order from another place. So yeah...they might completely ignore your order, lie to your face about it, and tell you to go elsewhere.

I'm a regular in that place and I find it to be whatever you expect from a Diner. The only thing is that it is not a 24 hour place. And, one thing, their 3 egg omelette looks like it actually is made with 3 eggs.

Me and my family go here all the time. Our usual order is baked ziti and a couple of sandwiches. This time we ordered two bake ziti's and once i returned home, what we received was ziti with just marinara sauce, not baked, no cheese, just plain with sauce. We called back to say that we didnt order this, and the older lady on the phone was arguing with us saying that thats what we ordered and she made sure that was what we ordered. Even on the receipt it said "Ziti". After a couple minutes of her making a point that it was our fault, she told me to come in for a refund with the pasta so she can throw it out. What kind of customer service is this? Will never order from them again.
