i cannot thank hometown deli and planet pizza for making my daughter's wedding day stress free!we ordered 20 breakfast sandwiches for the wedding party while getting ready and 15 pizzas for late night guests after the wedding....on time, affordable, delicious and hot!!highly recommend for any occasion!!!!
These guys really care about the food and service they provide. I stopped by last week, and was pleasantly surprised that they had "lomo salteado" as their lunch special. It was delicious! and great service.

A regular stop for breakfast and lunch! Everyone is friendly, the food is always consistently good, and Dave and Charlie are constantly doing positive things for our community! It doesn’t get any better than that! They’ve setup some picnic tables in the back of the building, so grabbing a sandwich and sitting down for a few minutes is convenient and relaxing! It’s also nice to see that the kids from the high school have a good place that’s in easy walking distance again!
Cannot say enough good things about this Norwalk Gem. Food is fresh and, delicious… Might be some of the most friendly and professional people I’ve ever met. This place is a well oiled machine with happy employees, and you don’t always see that in the food service industry. They truly live up to there name Hometown deli.. well done guys.
First time trying Hometown. Great breakfast sandwiches - definitely recommend the grinder option. Way better than most deli’s plain sub roll!! Excited to order again
Where do I start with Dave and Charlie’s……. This place is the definition of hometown deli, you walk in and they know your name. If you order the same thing they know your order. (I like to order different everyday)… Me and all my employees at Monro Muffler go there for breakfast and lunch everyday because why eat anywhere else? They have a huge selection of food and are even willing to create anything for you. Dave and Charlie’s is definitely a staple of the community and is the best food I’ve eaten in Norwalk.. Thank you guys for being amazing????????

I had a simple chicken cutlet sandwich this past week. Sorry to say but it had no taste, was very hard and tasted stale. I was surprised because I was a big supporter of Planet Pizza but the sandwich was a huge no for me.
