We really enjoy Chick-fil-A fast food. This location might have been new, because the employees seemed to be training. I asked for ketchup, but had to go back for ketchup and sauce, and salt and pepper. The bins where the condiments were usually kept were completely empty, causing a line to get missed items by the counter. All employees were polite and helpful. The food was good.

I have never felt so unwelcome. The signs and cones in the parking lot don't point to dine in parking. Nor do the signs inside, which direct those for pickup, who are not allowed to approach the counter and those for take out. Ignore the directions and you can get into the dining room with your take out bag. There you will find a full third of the room closed off. Surprise. You are not given any napkins nor are there any in the dining room. You have to go back to the counter and beg. Sorry the chicken may be good but it will be a long time before I try another Chick-fil-A. Herded like cattle, given a bag lunch and clearly pushed towards eating somewhere else. Thus next time I will, someplace I feel welcome.

My boyfriend and I haven’t been out much to eat lately. Mostly Uber eats etc. We went to the Norwalk location and our server Greg was amazing! Great customer service great cleanliness and everything was yummy! Felt very comfortable and safe here!Thanks Greg for a wonderful experience! We will def be back for some good chicken!

I actually like this Chick Fil A . In my opinion The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly, especially for them to be in a non stop fast past working environment. Oh yes and team member Greg is so helpful every time I come (I doordash food too)and he always friends , helpful and makes sure I’m right out the door . I love it .

I'm a fan of chick-fil-a. Been to many throughout the country. I would say this was probably the worse experience I've had. The location is terrible. Parking is a pain. They don't have curb side pick up and still haven't opened their restaurant inside when other have a long time ago. They gave me a soda instead of a milkshake. They didn't give me all my selected sauces. I don't want to hear ingredients shortages. Other locations have had these sauces all through the pandemic. I have to say outside food wise was on point outside of the mix up on the drink.

It's good. Fresh. They are stingy about their sauces. They have boxes of sauces in the back. So just to let you know they are NOT in a shortage anymore. They use hair nets. Which is good. Never get a fountain drink because they don't really clean it. They might clean the surface. But your drinks run through unsanitary pipes which the soda comes out of. Honestly it goes for every fast food place that has a fountain machine. They don't clean it. It's much safer for bottled drinks. How I know this you might say. Well I worked here during the pandemic.

I love Chick Fil A, however, this one is a little disorganized. It says mobile orders on the right and drive through on the left. When you go through it turns into one line, however, both of them are drive through lines, then your stuck. When I got to the representative they told me that I should have pulled into a parking spot and went inside the store for the mobile order. Why is it that no one said that?? I had to wait in the drive thru line until the people in front of me went. The staff was still really nice. My order was missing items, but I just went back in to tell them so that wasn't a big deal. When I started to eat the sandwich, it literally was falling apart. I'm not sure what kind of bread it was, but it was really poor quality and the sandwich didn't seem very fresh. It was a little disappointing. I have it the 3 stars because the chicken patty was good and the staff was nice.

Food tastes good, but they always get my order wrong. I am always missing an item I paid for, and the way to get your money back or dispute an order takes way too long that is not even worth trying. We also travel all the way from Bridgeport and We are always disappointed that our order is never fulfilled.

Food was Lukewarm, but customer service was excellent. That's the only reason for the 3 stars..and for those who know me, know how I am about my hot food being served cold? after waiting 10mins?I wouldn't say not to go, just be prepared to carry a microwave with you..or send the food back to wait even longer..

They didn't have their bathroom open to the public. No reason not to. Fine to just offer pickup, but we've been driving for a while and we thought our $50 order would enable us to use the bathroom, apparently that's too much to ask on New Year's Eve.
