A new restaurant with lots of kinks to work out.Though it had seating it didn't feel like a sit down place -- we were not offered water or drinks and had to go up to the cooler to pick out (overpriced) drinks. I had to ask twice for water before it being brought out to the table. Second, my chicken burger was very dry. The crispy burger is actually just chicken patties, not fried chicken. The fries were good though. Others who had beef burgers seemed to enjoy them more (though a burger that was ordered medium came out medium-well). Nobody bothered to refill my water glass throughout the meal.For the price charged, I expected much better food & service, not a fast casual experience.
Stopped by because they were one of a few places still open. Friendly employees who didn't have a problem talking to us & answering questions for 1st time visitors. Quality ingredients and the chef knows how to put together a good meal. Definitely will be visiting again when in the area!!! 4 stars only because they forgot the ketchup (which I also forgot to ask for) ??♂️?
Delicious burgers here. Quality Ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Chatted with the owner during our visit,these guys know how to do it right.Nice menu with many choices. Can wait to try other selections. Support local business!
It's a small place, not fancy at all. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hamburgers and brownies were delicious!! Overall it was a great lunch!
Burger and curly fries hit the spot. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. Staff was super friendly and inviting. Definitely looking forward to trying out more things from the menu.
Love coming here. Always so clean, the waitress Jade is the best! Food is great especially the cheesecake and Apple pie!! And the burgers are totally worth the price
My son and I walked in 10 minutes before closing tonight - we had just finished our 3 hour drive and hadn't had dinner. Even with the late hour, the employees were awesome and the food was delicious! Thank you!
Ordered delivery via Uber eats and was compelled to write review for how bad the food was. Ordered buffalo wings for football and the wings came without any sauce. The wings them self were tiny and and sad. Also, got grilled veggies and they tasted like they were dragged through grease on the grill.Would not order again.
This was the first time my wife and I had Boss Burger and will almost certainly be the last. We each ordered a burger and chicken fingers, then I also ordered mac'n'cheese and frank'n'beans. While I got the full order of 4 chicken tenders, my wife only got 3 so we split one of mine. It would've been nice to have the full order of chicken tenders as they were the best part of the meal and we paid for 4 each. The burgers were fine which was a bit disappointing considering the name of the restaurant. The frank'n'beans were good for what they are. The mac'n'cheese should be taken off the menu as it was worse than EZ mac and the cheese is disgusting. I was initially excited to see how big the serving size was but now I'm sad because it means I'll be throwing out more of it. Overall it was an underwhelming experience and makes me question my friend's judgment as they recommended this restaurant. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the chicken tenders were good, the staff was friendly, and my order was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. For anyone looking for a burger in Norwalk, choose Dry Dock Bar & Grill over this place and thank me later.
Boss Burger was exactly what I needed the other night! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The burgers are delicious and have the best ingredient combinations. And don't even get me started on the fries! Don't sleep on the coleslaw either. We will definitely be back for more.
