They never want serve ice-cream past 9 pm .
I'm giving 1 star because the employees can decide they're not serving ice cream whenever they want. They will also lie and say they don't have ice cream flavors just so that they don't need to make milk shakes.
i’m only giving this review because i used to come here and absolutely loved it but now the crew who works night shift they’re sooooo rude and talk as if they don’t want to be there which i get it, but like don’t take that anger out on the customers. And if you ask for something they’ll ignore it and not put it and when they do put it, it’s sloppy and half empty anyways

Second rate service. They all seem as if they’re in a dream state- a bad dream state. And the man who seems as if he might be the manager is grumpy and doesn’t seem to want to be there. And sometimes the ice cream isn’t firm ans cold enough.

Not great service, would not allow me to combine my gift cards and would refuse to let me use my gift card on anything other than "Creature Creations" just because the gift card had a picture of that product. First time I had a gift card denied by a BR employee
Please update your hours (I'm assuming it's shortened due to covid but the drive thru option still says 24 hours). Just tried to visit and the drive thru/Baskin-Robbins store was closed.
