I went to get a drink and a baked potato.The lemonade was fine, but as happens way to often, they were out of baked potatoes and I'd have to wait an hour for a new batch.Now, it's nice that they don't nuke them, but it was early dinner and they should have had them ready.I don't like or eat fast food burgers, so I ran around trying to find something to eat.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Waited in line for upwards of thirty minutes to be told that you couldn’t pick up orders from the drive thru and had to go in. Upon going in I waited another thirty minutes for my food and no employee was willing to help and all ignored me. I recommend never going to this wendys.

Every single time I come here the staff is extremely rude. I get it’s a fast food place, but come on the least u can do is fake a smile and say hi how are you and you’re welcome. They’re just straight up rude and can careless about you. If you don’t like your job then quit.

I hardly ever get to treat myself but yesterday I decided to go here before work. I ordered a jakepeno popper salad combo meal. I was then informed there was no diet coke. Then informed there was no regular coke. I asked for a side of sweet n sour sauce, as I don't eat ketchup with my fries. I'm sorry we don't have any sweet n sour sauce. Okay, then may I get a side of honey mustard? No I'm sorry we have no sauces except ketchup. I SAID SO YOU HAVE REGULAR MUSTARD?? SHE SAID NO I'M SORRY THRU HAVE US NOTHING OFF THE TRUCK WHEN THEY DELIVERED ? (Good thing I wasn't ordering chicken nuggets for my kids!)When I drive up to pay my order total was $13.89. I hand the girl a $20 bill. She says oh I can't take this unless you have exact change or a card. I'm like, what?? I mean it's not like I was handing her a $50 or $100 bill. She says yeah I just got here and I don't have any change in the register. MiND YOU, ITS 2PM!!! Wtffff!!!??? They didn't have $6 in the register at 2pm??? My good God. The manager of this place should be immediately fired. They leave their employees with no food and no drinks and no resources to make simple transactions!!

They should not get any stars. I literally sat in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes. Got to the speaker and sat for 15 minutes with no one taking my order So I drove up to the window and was completely ignored by two employees who saw me at the window. They were literally in front of the window. Shame on you manager who ever you are

This place is absolutely disgusting, with absymal service to boot. Avoid at all costs. Drive an extra few minutes down the road to Chiq fil A where you know you'll get fresh food and great service. If any health inspectors are reading this, please visit this place immediately.

Ordered a number #2... guy wanted to know what sauce I wanted on it? Thought nothing of it until I got home... For starters, it was the wrong burger AND it was made inedible by a Really strong, odd smelling sauce in the burger... who thought baconators had a chemical smell/sauce to them? Bad Mayo? Between this location and the one in Hamden you got yourself some low expectations... who screws up a baconator meal order?

This must be the worst Wendy's in the entire US. They have a serious management issue which creates a serious staff issue I've tried to go here several times because there are not many places to grab something quick before catching a movie down the road.This last time, I waited 20 minutes with no service and nobody in front of me while staff stood around doing nothing. I listened to 2 groups of people who had been waiting 30 minutes for their order. I finally walked out.

Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes then again at intercom for another 15 waiting to give my order then again at window for another 10 for my food.. are these people that slow inside looking behind me there were 7 more cars..

Hands down the WORST fast food experience me and my family have ever experienced. We stood at the register/ordering counter for 9 minutes before anyone acknowledge us and this only after I asked on of the Wendy's employees walking past if we were invisible.We were treated with complete apathy by the counter person who was annoyed i made her take our order. When our order arrived it was completely incorrect, in fact it wasn't even close.As I approached the counter to inform them that our order was incorrect she rolled her eye's with disgust as I was out of line to even bring this to her attention.At this point I demanded my money back and left, the owner, the Wendy's corporation and the manager of this franchised location should be ashamed of themselves.
