If the website says you close at 8, why is it that your store is closing over a half hour early ?
Waited 10 min before being served. The door was open so the place was absolutely freezing!!! They kept on saying wait but never helped us.

Worst subway experience of my life. I don't know if the person was new, but she didn't know what came on the chicken Caesar wrap, and she was rude. Will not be stopping here again.

Stood there for 5 minutes in silence while female employee RANDY was checking her Instagram and had her headphones in. Really? .... I had to initiate the dialogue and asked if they were open only to be told "Ya but we ain't grilling nothin til the next shift comes in to clean it". Again ... Really? Give the job to someone who actually deserves it.

Absolutely the worst Subway I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I stopped here today and the woman making our subs was unbelievably rude to us. My boyfriend wanted a veggie sub with falafel but didn't realize he couldn't just add falafel because that would be a totally different sandwich. Instead of explaining this nicely, she started giving him a hard time and saying "they" wouldn't allow it. She told him he had to have the sandwich exactly how it is on the menu, but isn't the point of Subway to customize the sandwich how you want? Then she looked at my boyfriend, said "you'll wake up some day," and rudely waved him away to continue down the line. If you value customer service even a little, please don't go to this Subway. However, if you like to be bullied by random fast food employees, this is the restaurant for you.
