It wasn't too busy when we arrived and seated almost immediately. I don't remember what everyone ate. Me, I had had grilled chicken that I turned into a grilled chicken salad - the salad that comes with a meal. Seasoning on the grilled chicken was quite nice.The bathroom was clean.Service was nice.

I placed an order for to-go over the phone. Once I picked my order up and got it back home, I realized that one of the items I ordered (chicken parmesan) was prepared incorrectly. I called back in to see if they could correct the order for me due to it not being correct. The lady who picked up was nothing but rude. She told me repeatedly that I must have ordered it incorrectly and that's not her fault. After having to discuss with her that I indeed did order it correctly she finally said they would remake my food and hung up the phone. I went back down to the restaurant to pick up my correct order and the ladies at the front desk were nothing but rude and combative still arguing with me that it was my fault the order was incorrect.This experience was nothing but belittling. How can you allow your employees to speak to customers like this and make them feel as if they don't care about their business. Normally at least a manager would come out to apologise about the mix up but we didn't even get that courtesy. I spent an hour driving back and fourth to the restaurant and left feeling unwelcome and not wanting to go back with service like that.
Girlfriend & I had an amazing meal. Staff needs to pay attention to their jobs and make sure they get all contact information when getting information for a party. Girlfriend was never asked for Name OR Cell #. I had to go up and find out what happened and said the person she dealt with NEVER asked for her name or Cell # for text to alert when our table was ready
The food and service were top notch. My wife and I stopped by for lunch to celebrate our 19 year wedding anniversary and it was the right choice. Our waitress, Brianna, helped make our lunch date an amazing experience.
Tonight, our server, Jadon G., was amazing!Let me start by saying that my husband & I dont get out much. Tonight was the 1st time in a couple years we’ve gone out.We quickly noticed that Jadon acknowledged every table with a smile and a simple “I’ll be right with you.” Towards the end of our meal, my husband told him thank you for everything and we ordered our desserts to go. We exchanged a small conversation, that honestly for my husband and i, was amazing. Like i said, we don’t get out much. Jadon treated us with a cheesecake on him for dessert. Truly was amazing!! A special touch to a wonderful night.I always rate this Olive Garden as a 4 1/2 stars but tonight I have to write it five stars. Our waiter/server went above and beyond to make a night very memorable for me. Thank you North Haven, Olive Garden & thank you Jadon G!!!

Staff is very friendly. Great variety of appetizers. Love the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, delicious!
Where do I begin.. The Food was delicious.. The Service, Seating & Timing everything was on point.. Great Job.. They sing Happy Birthday to you.. My family and I loved it and we will be going back soon..
