Definitely worth the trip. Very good crust. And the amount of toppings. Very good pizza!
Olde World is our go-to pizza joint and not just because we live close to it. It’s pizza at its classic best. The chef reputedly worked at Modern, which along with Pepe’s and Sally’s, isin the Holy Trinity of New Haven pizzerias

This pizza is a strong contender to the big 3 down in New Haven. Excellently seasoned crust with the right amount of char (at least for my preference). Definitely one of my favorite places. Just a little disheartening to see the all the front and kitchen staff unmasked while the signs still ask customers to wear them.
Olde World Apizza is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every bite of their food. If you haven't tried it you definitely should. I believe it's only pick-up, and they only accept cash or check.The restaurant is located next door to Frontier (brick building) on the corner of Whitney Ave and Skiff St.
Too much cheese on the pizza. Too little sauce. The crust was decent.
They're just as good, If not better than all the big names in New Haven. Nothing bad to say about this place. Great people great service.
Very insulting experience. Received a pizza that was severely underbaked as pictured. The second, remade pizza was closer to done but the dough was still not fully baked. Overheard the manager in the kitchen saying I was yelling about this for a second time so I took my refund and left. The batch of dough they were working with was clearly not right but apparently I’m the jerk for saying as much. Plenty of other Apizza options, done with Olde World for good.
Easily some of the best pizza in the state. It’s reliable, delicious and always hits the spot. They also have some great calzones and stuffed bread if you need anything else.
