This place is absolutely horrible. From the wait time, to the food they put out. I have a 30 minute lunch, and I spend 25 minutes of that in line. I place orders ahead of time, I walk in and I wait in the drive through. No matter what option, there's ALWAYS a ridiculous wait. I wish I could say it's because of labor shortage, but I constantly see employees walking around with their phones in their hands. Maybe stop texting and actually work? Get it together.
The staff at this McDonald's is really good. I go there often and they are polite and helpful.
Service could be better to be honest. Took them 5 minutes to finally take my order at drive thru, with no other cars around.
Service was terrible. The attitude of the employees speaks volumes as to how they view their job, not to mention they messed up my order and had the nerve to treat me like I was asking for too much.Yeah..Only what I paid for.
I really enjoy McDonald's coffee in delicious I love the McDoubles but I haven't had one in five years and I'm trying to lose weight thank you everybody
I ordered an item at the drive thru, paid with a debit card, when I politely asked for my receipt, I was treated rudely and disrespectful. Very poor customer service. I will not return.
Employees little slow but polite and very nice/friendly the food was as expected. I would eat here again.
I work right across the street after working very long shifts As I work In food service as a store manager I usually will grab a bite before heading home like any other day I get out around 10:45 head across the street to McDonald’s which from my understanding, google and the front door signs this location closes at 11:30 . I go through drive thru no one says anything I say hello a couple of times finally get some to respond and they tell me they are closed it’s 10:50 at the time I ask how are you closed it’s only 10:50 you don’t close till 11:30 I’ve come this late many times she says again no we are closed and then I ask well why are you closed early? I get no response. I ask again no response but here her talking amongst herself ignoring my question, very rude unprofessional and bit embarrassing honestly , similars issues at my McDonald’s in derby with night crew if it’s not them closing early they literally out of every popular menu item. What’s going on McDonald’s?
The fries taste like wax so I don't go to eat anymore in this place.... SMH
