Dear Jesus… I live across the street and yesterday 6/22/2022 was my first order placed with Mangia… Holy S***! I met Steve and spoke to John on the phone when I had to call back and let them know their Apizza is Incredible! Any locals who keep driving by and lament like Myself, do yourself a favor and stop in and give Mangia a Shot! Old Style New Haven Apizza made by pros with a wealth of Apizza Making Knowledge! More than Friendly Atmosphere Included! Best Wishes to these Folks! I’m Hooked!
First time at Mangia even though I've past by it for years. Been missing out cause their pizzas are excellent! I had special requests for my pizzas and they did them just the way I asked. I'll definitely be going back.
This was our first time ordering from Mangia Apizza, and we loved everything! The eggplant parm. sub was huge, the calzone was scrumptious with a perfect crust, and the pizzas (a mozzarella and a Senor Bunce) were some of the best we've had. We were greeted by a warm, friendly crew, and we definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Great pizza! They make the crust nice and crispy, just the way it should be. For comparison, I went to a well known pizza place on Wooster Street earlier in the day. Mangia was miles ahead. Great food and very friendly staff.
I can't tell you how good the pizza ?? taste you ??? have to go and get yours John the owner as well as his amazing staff are hands ?? down freaking amazing ? I drove from New London CT 45 minutes away just to get my chicken ? BBQ ranch pizza? thanks John and staff @AMANGIA APIZZA!!!!
The pizza was SO good and one of the owners was super friendly and helpful. The toppings were very generous, and yet, the the thin crust held up well to the meat lovers. The flavors all meshed well and the sauce was also delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Really super New Haven-style pizza---and at quite affordable prices too. No long lines, easy parking, casual dining atmosphere, nice people. I'm psyched to add this spot to my list of "secret" food haunts, although I doubt this place is a secret if you live in the North Haven area. Can I give six stars???
Have eaten Pepe’s, modern, Sally’s, John and Maria’s my whole life.. Mangia is right up there with them - great pizza, fresh ingredients, good dough
