They were out of everything and took 30 min to make the food
Been here a couple times never had a problem but lately something is off. I don't believe the food is fully cooked. This is now the third time I've gotten sick from their Philly sub. I will not be returning.
I love Jersey Mike's, I really do. I was so excited when I heard one was coming to North Haven. Unfortunately, and I'm not sure what is wrong, this particular franchise just can't get things straight. The first time I went in, there were about five people in line ahead of me, and it took 30 minutes to order, and another 20 to get my food. The second time, same thing. The third time, I left before I got to order, took too long. The fourth and fifth time, I saw the line and just never entered. Tonight, after a three month break, I decided to give it another shot. There were only two people in line, so I figured I'd go for it. It only took 10 minutes to place my order. But then, the lady working the cashier got a call from a customer saying their order was wrong, pulled the order-taker off line, and spent ten minutes with him trying to figure out what went wrong. So no more orders being taken, and noone to run the cashier. By the time they decided to refund the guy over the phone, the line was long again. I finally got my food, about 30 minutes after arriving. Since we were going to eat in the restaurant, I went to the cashier to ask for a ketchup packet, and was told they don't carry ketchup, management decision???? I really hope this place turns around and figures it out, because the food is great and I would be a frequent customer. But for now, it is regrettably the worst-run fast food place I have ever frequented.
I have now gone to this Jersey Mike's in person twice. Both times I waited for over a half an hour to order when there were either 5 or 6 people in front of me. One or two people are working while everyone else is walking from the front to the back but never doing anything to help the people making sandwiches. I've ordered via app several times and each of which I was given wrong sandwiches or missing items from my order, including this trip today. I will never go back to this chain.
Never had a problem with this location ordering through Uber or their app. Tonight, we waited almost 2 hours for our food to be delivered and we ended up cancelling and now have no dinner for tonight. Ridiculous.
The Fact you have workers standing around talking amongst each other in Personal Conversation while Customers are present. That is the beginning! What's next is the attitude that goes with the long hair no hair net?!!! Which is a health-code violation which I will report. This place is just as bad as the long fingernails worker at Dunkin next door! Anyway! I had to call my order 3xs to this person making my sandwich. Telling them NO ONIONS on one of them! It was made 2xs with onions. I will call regional if this isn't handled. Nailah Franklin and a few others I see posted reviews of you very poor staff here! Replace or get replaced! Your NOT the ONLY Sandwich Shops in Ct. You can be replaced!
I ordered the gluten free bread. Not good. I took everything off the bread. Sandwich was just not appetizing. Usually it's good, they were definitely having an off day. Yucky
Been a few times since north haven opened and it has been extremely busy each time. I found that ordering off the app is a little easier but nevertheless the food is usually delicious, few times got some onions or peppers and I always ask for plain Philly steaks, but it happens. Just happy we got a Jersey Mike’s closer than Branford now for north haveners!!
First time ever eating at Jersey Mike's. Ordered online, a few minutes later the order was waiting for me at the pick-up location by the ordering counter. I had the Portobello Cheese Steak sub and my wife had the Original Italian sub. Both of them were delicious! We were full and satisfied with our orders. A little pricey, but worth it.
My first and last time ordering from Jersey Mikes tonight 12/22/2021 through Uber Eats! I ordered A Philly Steak and Cheese with extra cheese and meat! Base price was $ 14.20… The Sandwich was 6 inches long!!! Are You Serious? With all the Italian Restaurants and Delis in our Area that are Phenomenal, I decided to give JM’s a shot! A Total Rip Off. So if any other Daring Italians want to give this place a shot, you might want to do it soon… Because they won’t make it with their prices and small quantities!
