The funniest and worst coffee experience. Twice the drive thru person tried to hand me an unmixed iced latte. It was a fat layer of milk and visible layer of flavor syrup on bottom then the espresso on top. I asked for it to be fixed since that’s definitely not a latte. It’s some weird reverse macchiato with layers of stuff and I don’t want to drink just syrup and milk through the straw. She said that’s how it comes and I just couldn’t help laughing. She remade it the exact same way and I had to ask for them to mix it since I didn’t want to risk spilling it in my car mixing it myself. Just bizarre and kind of silly.
Never will come back here. Waited 10 mins just got the lady to take my order. Then as I got to the window I waited for my sandwich to be made another 5 minutes. I watched the lady put my sandwich on the table and started cleaning the counters instead of giving me my sandwich. Finally got it, and when I opened the bag the sandwich was burnt. Terrible service, don’t recommend.
Washington Ave location via Amazon proximity. The manager was very understanding and apologetic. The cashier who took the order couldn't get it together for God sakes!!
They need to teach their employees the basics - how to talk to a human being! I went in the drive through and was asking my passenger what they wanted. After a minute, an employee came over the intercom and said “you ordering?” Very rudely. So I said my order (iced coffee, pretty basic) and she was like “I’m not understanding what you’re saying”, again very rudely. Immediately my passenger was like no way we’re paying for coffee here and I drove away. I’m done coming to this place and dealing with consistently rude dimwits
I have never had a problem at this Dunkin'. I've been coming here a lot to pick up food before work, and they're always quick and reliable.
Never going back in the afternoon. Long wait for a terrible iced coffee!

Drive through very slow only to get a ice cold egg sandwich.
I started stopping here after a change to work my schedule, and boy was that a mistake. The days I visit the drive through here are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 5:10-5:25am and almost every time, there's only 2 people on staff max, but some days, there's only one. The real kicker is that yesterday morning (September 14, 2021), I stopped by after picking up a client and we both ordered our usual. The girl at the window DELIBERATELY gave us the wrong bag of food and then asked us to give it back her while saying "next time, I'll just let you grab the wrong order ". To say these girls need to be retrained in customer service would be putting it lightly. Two weeks ago, when I'd went to the drive through in the morning, upon placing my order, the girl AUDIBLY complained about the amount of food I'd ordered WHILE I COULD STILL HEAR HER. If these girls hate their jobs, then just get a new job, but don't take it out on paying customers .I've visited several dunkin locations in my time, and this is EASILY one of the worst in CT, at least in the mornings. If you're in the area. Avoid this Dunkin' in the morning.
Very slow service and in mid afternoon they were out of many things already. Also they can be cleaner, like one person gets money the other cooks...they were only 2 to serve but there were no others except us for over an hour period. We had to wait for one of our cars being serviced close by.
