Enjoy Dunkin generally but this location was quite bad* No soap in the restroom* Half of the tomatoes on a sandwich fell out after coming out of the toaster. The person just spread out the remaining ones* Ordered two things and they forgot one
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately the store is under new management and it’s a nightmare. Very unorganized and unfriendly. It’s sad. Today I received a freezing cold “hot” latte and was given a eye roll and attitude when making the new manager aware. I understand things happen and machines don’t work all the time. But, just be nice!! I’m hoping things get better and the store gets back to normal.
Lousy service cashier's not friendly at all. I couldn't believe the way she talked to a customer..their always talking during among the customers who are standing there being ignored I walked out one morning. My 2nd visit how she talked a customer I won't ever patron there again..take my money to Starbucks...

Most of the time a sales associate specially in food area needs to know about company products and and make sure know how to make. If not then they should get training or they should move in different sections.Because they don’t realize, someone order something and when he go home or on the way and take bite his food or sip in the coffee, it just ruining his day simply because that food wasn’t made correctly.We all make mistakes, but we must take lessons from previous mistakes.All this can be avoided simply if he or she just respects the job.

Drive-through never has their stuff together. Extremely slow never know the order never get my complete order. Waited 35 minutes in the drive-through 10 minutes for someone to take my order had to say hello to the machine and the girl said what do you want. Not the first time this is happened. Got to the window they didn’t know my order and were extremely slow and unaware. Unwelcoming and rude window girls
Coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes good and made correctly, other times not.
Coffee was perfect... coming home from. Work at 5am I would have loved a warm sandwich but instead I got cold egg. Gross. If the young girls focused more instead of playing on their phones at 5am it would have been done right.
Have been going to DD for as long as I can remember. Service there has been getting worse and very rude people working there
