It’s hard to express just by hitting the 5 star button how great and amazing this place actually is.As someone who loves food/pastries I will say I have never had a pastry I didn’t enjoy from here. I’m personally a fan of the donuts they make from scratch. If I go in and see a donut in the pastry case I always buy it.As someone who has worked in the coffee industry for years I can set apart the great shops from the okay shops. Crossroads is definitely a great shop. They always dial in amazing espresso shots, and their drip is always very flavorful. Then when it comes to their specialty drinks they’re always doing something crazy and mind blowing like the mermaids tail, or the rosemary vanilla iced latte (my favorites).Crossroads is one of my favorite shops in Connecticut and the owner and the staff are all truly all amazing at what they do. Would 1000% recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t yet.
Friendly, cozy spot with great brew
I may not drink coffee but I know where to find very fresh and wholesome bakery treats. The service is top notch. All the employees I have ever met are super kind. I hear the coffee is really great. If you are in the area you got to stop in. Not far from route 15 or interstate 91. Well worth the trip.
I first went to Crossroads about a year ago, when they were first opening. It was a pleasant experience, though nothing incredible. It was clear they were just getting their feet wet. I'm happy to see how much they've improved, so much so, this is my first updated review ever. I had to give credit where credit is due and update my review from 3 to 5. Try the iced chai latte, perfectly spicy and sweet. Well done folks. And that orange and white chocolate chip muffin? Whoa. Can't wait to come back.

The inside of this coffee shop is super cute, but the food/dining was not anything special. I had an egg wrap and a chai latte. Was not bad but not as good as many other breakfast spots. Come here for the ambiance, not to have the best food
My favorite place! The quiche is always delicious, the coffee is always fresh and nourishing, the employees are always friendly, and the atmosphere is always comforting. They have a variety of interesting syrups, and a different novelty coffee drink every month. I love coming here!P.S. This is literally the only place I'll get a cappuccino.
Absolutely delicious and adorable! The owner is so friendly and personable. The shop is super cute and peaceful and the prices are extremely affordable for the great quality food/drinks/other. I would totally recommend!
Such an amazing coffee shop! All of the baristas are so nice and friendly and the coffee is the best! Love those smoothies too, who be making them?! Mmmm hope I get to go back soon. The owner Montana is awesome
