Great atmosphere, food and service. Our server was especially good, on top of everything- checking in routinely.

Save your time and don’t go to this location unless you don’t want to get served for 10 minutes while the bartenders stand there, look at you, and go back to talking to each other without acknowledging your presence or saying hello. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. We had to leave because we couldn’t wait any longer to even be said hello to, given water or even asked if we would like anything. Obviously these employees are not well trained or they just don’t care. Get yourself some better staff.

Poor Customer service, walked in 15 past my pickup time stood at the counter for about 4 minutes and no one ever came to greet me. After reading all the signs in the place finally noticed the one that states that online order are in a shelve. Get my order and after getting in my vehicle the order is missing items. Walk in and finally some come out. The girl that I spoke to had some kind of attitude grabbed the bag and gave me the missing veggies. I looked in the bag and not a fork or napkins inside. Maybe after touching every door handles I have to eat with my hands and lick my fingers. Finally get to start eating and my blue cheese dipp is near empty. I now that inflation is up but come on is bad enough you order 20 wings and they give you 2 tiny dipps. Charge me the extra for the dipp. The only good thing is that the wings were good.

This place was alright. When I first walked I. There was no hostess to greet and seat me, so I seated myself at the bar.The bar area was filthy like the server or bar person did not clean up after the least customer. However after seating down the bar person was amazing very attentive and friendly. Food was order and served within time. Food was served hot!

It was an ok experience. Server was hard to find, had to ask for drink refills multiple times from different staff because our server brought food that was cold and did not come back to check on us until she dropped off the bill. Food was at table before the beer we ordered when we first arrived. They should be better staffed during busy times.

Probably these most horrific tasting wings I’ve very had, period. The mango habenero tasted more like soldering iron with a hint of Diesel engine carbon buildup.

Service absolutely sucks. We stood at front for about 7 mins waiting for someone to ask us anything then after that my husband goes to the back where the bar is and again no one says nothing. Meanwhile I’m still waiting in the front by host stand. I was looking on my phone and this woman comes up and just looks at me when I look up, not even a how can I help you? Or Are you waiting for anyone? Nothing she just stares and just raises her eyebrows????? Like who greets a customer like that???? It’s sad to know that this well known restaurant with great food can hire people with no manners whatsoever. I’d rather go out of my way and go to the Milford location. Which I actually did I was seated with an attitude and I walked out. On my way to Milford. They have way more respectable staff there.

I've had this issue multiple times with delivery and pickup: the food order is not complete. Consumers, please check to make sure that your order is complete, especially if you go to pickup.Just 2 days ago, I placed an online order and the pickup time was for 4:30pm. I go to pick up the food and the attending clerk can't find my order in their system. And she asks me a couple times if I was sure I placed the order. So she tells a higher up. The higher-up then calls me over, we go to a computer, to which he asked me if I was sure I placed an order. I answered "yes". My $90+ order was charged. I also had an email, confirming my order was received at 4:08pm. He then spots my name in his computer, stating that it was just received at 4:30ish. Maybe true or may be an excuse. Honestly, to me, it sounded like an excuse. The issue is that when we the consumer place the order, BWW should provide a better time for pickup.I then have to wait about 20 minutes for my food to be prepped. The clerk then brings me 1 bag of food, which I ask her "Is this the complete order?" To which she answers "yes". As I sit down and check, I was still missing 4 food items. About 6 minutes later, she then brings out another bag of food, calling my name. What if I just went by what she had said, that my order was complete and I would've left..... That would not be good.Consumers, check to make sure your order is complete.I'll give one positive note and say the food is good, thus the 3 stars.

First time I visit I loved the excellent service complete cleanliness delicious food

I started working Buffalo Wild Wings of North Haven January 2nd. As of last week I’ve been removed from the schedule for the last two weeks for following Covid guidelines and calling out after coming into contact and showing symptoms. AFTER I went to go get tested and received a negative. I’ve contacted HR they’re taking their time in the mean time I can’t pay my bills because I chose not to risk spreading Covid 19. Apparently Im not the only associate that has been retaliated against for calling out and trying to stop the spread. I don’t know if I would eat here honestly who knows how many sick workers they are forcing to work with fear of mistreatment.
