They were telling every single customer to pull into the mobile order spots to park and wait for their food. Everyone waited 10+ minutes for their order myself included. They gave me my drink and frosty at the window, but no straw or spoon, so my frosty sat and melted for the 10+ min I was waiting. Employee brought out wrong order to me two times, when I finally got my food the fries were missing and there wasn’t a straw or spoon in the bag. I get that this is Wendy’s and expectations should be low, but that was just ridiculous. Never ever coming back to this location.
Ran in for a quick bite. Food was great - hot and fresh. The order taker was professional but not very pleasant.
This was a late evening hungry take out. I was able to clearly understand the associate when placing my order. A friendly voice and clearly understood me. She also asked if I wanted any of the dipping sauces without me having to ask.At the take window, items ordered were ready to go. Associate at the window was also very courteous and assured me everything was in the bag.Chicken and fries were hot and tasty.They were a great crew and definitely deserve a return visit.
Worse service I have ever experienced at a Wendy’s restaurant. No customer service skills,. What makes it worse is the rude nasty employee was the manager. I put my order in & a half an hour passes & I ask what’s going on & my order never got started. Then to top it off the manager hands me someone else’s order. & the manager starts to blame everything on the girl at the register saying she didn’t tell them the order. Doesn’t the order show up on a computer so the staff can see what’s needed to be done.. as I’m waiting several other customers get treated the same way. This is insane. I will never ever come to this Wendy’s again and believe me when I will spread the word to everyone.
The fries were hot the food was cooked to perfection the person taking my order at the drive-thru was polite which made my visit very nice thank you
I haven't dined in this Wendy's in a long time because for months (at least 4) the soda machine wasn't working. They'll charge you full price for a meal but the soda machine doesn't work. The dining room is usually dirty, and the service time is very slow. Last time i just went thru drive thru to grab a couple sandwiches for my daughters.
Ordered large chili and cheese thru drive thur. Was told no cheese, when got it home not even chili in it just juice.
Very very terrible staff production only 2 people working clearly not good for Business 10 cars lined up for like 20 mins a piece just so people stop comin and they get a pay check sad story why even open under these conditions it's not fast food anymore
Arrived @ 6:33 A,:M. Employees inside wouldn't come to delivery window or take my order via speaker. Finally attendant opened up and directed me drive back around to order. ? Open when your suppose to, 6:30 A:M. Had the $1 breakfast biscuit.??twenty times better then Mickey d's. Cold afternoon, ordered chili ???$3,89 with tax. Great deal. Hit it again this afternoon
I had an issue where items were left out of my order. I did not notice until I got home. While I was dissapointed in the moment, I was not dissapointed by the manager's attitude and customer relations. I called and asked to speak to the manager. He greeted me cordially and was very apologetic that my order was not correct. He told me to come to the store and he would give me a whole new correct order. I was unable to go until a few days later, but lo and behold, he was there and was true to his word. It's not if you are going to make a mistake, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but how it is handled. The food here is always good and it is my daughter's favorite fast food restaurant. I will never forget the service I received here and I will continue to patronize this particular Wendy's as long as the manager continues to work there. Hats off to you sir!
