The customer service was poor. Not professional at all. I will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

Came here at a company after work gathering. Although we called ahead to make a reservation for 14 people, when we arrived at the reserved time, the tables were not ready yet. We had to pull the tables together by ourselves. When we sat down, the service was quick. The girl served our table, Maggie, was very nice and attentive. But all other staff looked like all in a rush, without greeting or eye contact. Now talk about the good part. All the dishes and drinks we ordered were delicious and fresh. This restaurant seems a very popular place. We got patio seatings which was very nice outside. Inside it seemed packed. By the time we left at around 7pm, the parking lot was full. There was a band playing inside. Worth a trip.

Unexpected Gem! The new updated classy decor and darker setting is a bit glam but with the same old family atmosphere. The menu is great. Food portion worth the money, and quite tasty. Fantastic mixed cocktails. And who doesn't love monkeys and aviation? Plenty of parking. Great outdoor patio, not a covid pop-up tent.

First timer who experienced bad business during my surprise birthday celebration with my family. Clearly they are about the almighty dollar and not their patrons. We were told three times that there was a two hour limit for our party of nine. That was followed by eye rolls from the waitress who asked me for the debit card for the deposit. Clearly my confusion (again, this was a surprise) was too much for her to handle. It’s too bad as the food and drinks were good. The Flying Monkey can go fly a kite ✌?

Drinks great. Food and service rushed. You definitely don't get what you pay for. Lobster mac and cheese was lacking lobster. Customer service is absent. Our waitress Maggie was ready to clock out. God bless her. Spend your coin elsewhere.

Great service and food. The entertainment was fantastic. Bathrooms and facilities where very clean.

I took my wife to The Flying Monkey for date night on a Thursday. It was our first time at the restaurant. We loved the Bohemian decor. The place was packed but we were seated right away. We were blessed to have a booth right next to the stage were a live jazz band played.I forget the name of the band but they played a collection of soulful songs by Mary J Blige, Jill Scott, and other great jazzy artists. The guy on the saxophone slayed and the guy on the keyboard was jamming. The person that was singing did such an amazing performance, she sounded even better than the artists themselves. She even dedicated a song to my wife and I which was such a pleasant surprise. The menu selection was good but the prices seemed a little high for the location and ambiance. It also took a little while for our food to arrive but the waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs. When the food finally did arrive we were impressed with how it looked and couldn't wait to dig in.I had the salmon which was impressive but lacked flavor. I didn't seem like any of my food was cooked using any spices. My wife said she enjoyed the fish and chips so it may have just been my taste pallet that night.Overall we had such a great time, it was all we could talk about all week. We will definitely be going back soon!

My Wife and I love to eat out, and after visiting The Flying Monkey over a year ago, we were blown away with the food.Junior and his staff go above an beyond of giving an awesome dining experience. Also can’t forget the awesome Sunday brunch!!!!!

The Mgr JR was amazing.. even tho the wait was excruciating he made our experience a great one.. for my 1st time there it wasn't bad.. the only thing I would change is the mac n cheese recipe.. that sucked!! The noodles were hard, not tender and it needed more cheese.. if not I would give it the 5 stars.. but because of JR he gets 4.. hopefully my next time will be as great!! Thank you

This place can be slightly expensive but the food is well worth the wait and money recommend Welas carne frita or the loaded nachos (switch the nachos out for fries) you won’t be disappointed
