Horrible experience ordered from this place and waited about 30 mins over the time they said order would be ready. Regretfully spent about $50 on this meal drove all the way home just to open the bag to a container of dry burnt chicken bites, barely any fries at all and they were extremely cold and soggy, the chicken bites were legit just burnt peaces of chicken crust that was not even chewable, suppose to be buffalo bites i did not see any sauce on the burnt chicken crusts they gave me rather just little droplets of hot sauce scattered around the tray with just some dry burnt crust this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. For them to be charging these amounts and serving people garbage food, no one picks up the phone at this place whenever you try to call… im not sure what the management is doing but they need to definitely take a look at their kitchens and see whats going on because the staff seems okay its the people putting together the meals, last 3 times i ordered from here i had a horrible experience i didnt report or review at the time but this has been 3 times in a row I’ve absolutely wasted my money ordering from this place expecting to get a decent meal. Extremely unsatisfactory, very disappointed this most definitely will be my last time ever eating from this establishment.
My friend and I were visiting from NY state and stopped in because the Fridays near us have closed down. Raven was our server who took great care of us.Our food was phenomenal especially the broccoli. From entering to exiting, the staff was friendly and consistently cleaning and disinfecting. I immediately asked for the manager and complimented on all of the above! Great Job!
Visibly understaffed. Which lead to extremely slow service. Waitress had a I don't give a F. Attitude. I can deal with slower service and under staffed. But not the Attitudes. Won't be going back. My food was burnt and had zero flavor because of it. Wife's food was good. Daughters food, Mac and cheese was hard. Like crunchy hard. Told the waitress. Her response was sorry must not be the chefs night. Won't be going back. Won't be long before this location closes permanently
This was the first time dining at TGI Fridays in two decades and it’s definitely not what it use to be so don’t get your hopes up of returning down memory lane.Our waitress & service was exceptional. The food however was insipid, tasteless & unappetizing. Everything seem microwaved and not to mention cold.Would recommend going to Chili’s or Chik-Fil-A instead

I hadn't been to a Friday's in years...I was feeling nostalgic. The service was awesome really nice people, but the food quality has gone way down, and the prices have only gone up. Friday's, I missed ya, but it'll be a few more years until I venture back in...if you're still around.

Worst service food was burnt, waitress was just wespeaking with one table all night did not even acknowledge he had other tables. Mind you it wasn’t busy it was empty. Charged my card twice never going here again. This Friday is honestly a joke now! Get better workers.
Wow! Empty due to the pandemic. Good burgers, my wife totally enjoyed the onion soup. The hostess waited on the dining room and the bartender ran between customers! We left a large tip!
