This location can never make a single drink right, and I don't buy complicated drinks. I've never gone here and had a correct order. Go to the one on main street. They are nicer, too.The following is a direct from the menu salted caramel cold brew Ive ordered dozens of times from other locations. It's almost comical how little coffee they put in.
Drive-thru is an option but I like going inside when possible, had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged even though I was the only person waiting inside. Staff was friendly and pretty quick.
Definitely my new favorite Starbucks! Drinks are always made perfectly and staff is very friendly.

Outstanding service at this location. A different Starbucks messed up our order and the employees at this location provided a replacement free of charge. My girlfriend and I are going here from now on!
Love this location, it’s right down the street from me and everything is made perfectly usually, however it’s been closing early forever now. This store closed at 5, then it started closing at 2. Apparently a lot of the staff got covid, and they’re understaffed. Now I have to go to the Starbucks in target and they’re ALWAYS out of strawberry açaí. Starbucks has been lacking recently everywhere.
I have been a regular here for almost two years, and I can honestly tell you that this is the hardest working staff of any establishment! This location is always busy and they handle the volume with grace. I don't recommend using the drive thru because there is often a line and it can take up to 20 minutes depending on when you go, so I started using the app to order online and it's always done on time.

it says the drive thru is open until 10pm— it’s apparently not. please fix your hours
Lobby trash is often filled time to time but this is the fastest moving line I have seen at any Starbucks or Dunkin location. The most friendly employees who all provide perfect accuracy in crafting any drink you want. Love it.
