Wish I could leave zero stars! DON’T order online because they will forget about your order. All we ordered was a pack of cookies, only for them to have me wait 25 mins for someone to come over to me to tell me they didn’t have any cookies! Well if you didn’t have any why did my online order go through?? Basically feel like I lost money. Workers didn’t really seem to care either, no apologies, they tried to offer me other items, didn’t really have any options and ended up with a few cinnamon rolls. Never going back to this location, if they can’t keep track of online orders then they shouldn’t offer it! Terrible place!

Everything is good here! Plus terrific service, friendly staff

On May 6, 2022 I was at Panera Bread in Newington at 8:15 pm. My daughter wanted a large or small mac and cheese, the ladies in charge at that time said there was none. My daughter came from participating in a track championship, she was tired and very hungry. I don't understand why this happens, if they close the establishment at 9:00 pm. Thank you for her attention to this comment.

I went in to order and my order got skipped over. I waited 23 minutes for a half of a sandwich and soup. My soup was so hot I had to wait 15 minutes to eat it. They didn't give me the bread I ordered on the side for dipping either. My sandwich had way too much lettuce on it but after I took most of it off it was a great turkey blt. But I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my food or waiting for my soup to cool off. I went back to work 15 minutes late with my soup in hand that that had to eat at my desk.. I got the cheddar broccoli and because it was so hot there were huge clumps of cheese in it that were most likely stuck to the inside of the pot it was sitting in. I was really disappointed because whenever we get panera catered to my job it's always perfect so i expected better.... ?

Feels over the years, maybe covid had something to do with it but they have completely lost their exceptional service and food skills

Good experience! Food portions have definitely gotten smaller while prices start to rise.Food was good! Broccoli cheddar soup must be a different recipe from last time I went. Still good just doesn't hit the same!

I got the Napa chicken salad sandwich but they only put about a tablespoon of chicken salad on the sandwich with lots of lettuce and tomato. I've had other sandwiches before and they were delicious but for $9.00 I expected more than lettuce and tomato on some bread.

They're a little slow-moving as it took quite a while to get our food through the drive-thru. The bread on our sandwiches was a little hard, too. Other than that, everything was as expected.

I always thought Panera was intended to be an upscale fast food experience. But in recent years, I think it's lost it's focus. The 2 restaurants I have locally are worn out. The seats and chairs are worn and tattered. They feel like they're about to call it quits. The service is slow like they are understaffed. The coffee decanters are frequently cold or empty. To their credit the quality of their foods still are good.

I ordered 30 minutes ahead, when I show up they said my food wasn't ready because it needed to be thawed out. They couldn't figure out how to get me a refund, and Rebecca the manager said I was the one being rude, when I was trying to explain the situation. The cashier was trying to have me kicked out because I said they did not have my order and I wanted my refund. How did I become the villain when they didn't have my breakfast ready. Now late for work and need to find another place for breakfast.Just an apology, and refund for not having my order would've sufficed.
