Yesterday 04/23/2022 My family and I went to this Moe’s and the staff there on that day was on point. Jose and staff greeted us the minute we walked in and it was busy and he was the only one on the frontline at that moment. Let me tell you he was like Maverick from Top Gun. Quick, efficient and precise even though he was without help for a moment. When we got up to the counter he greeted us and took our kids orders and they loved the one on one attention. Bravo to Jose and staff. Owner should keep them happy with the $$$$ because food staff has a huge turnaround now. ???
Absolute nightmare at this moes location. Ordered a stack and a burrito for myself and my friend ordered just a stack. They gave someone that was there well before us the wrong meal meanwhile they had no idea who’s food was what and then gave my friends stack to the guy. Still unsure who’s food they gave to him had to figure that out until they finally realized it was my friends stack. After this whole mess asked for it to be comped and was immediately given attitude by the guy working the register yelling across the building saying to his co worker “hey Jose this guys trying to get a free meal” Actually I was just trying to get my food the first time which was far too complicated for these employees to handle. Meanwhile they take the wrong order food from the guy before and they were talking about bringing it to the back to eat. So you guys go and take free food to eat but when you give our food away to someone else we’re expected to pay and on top of that he goes “well I re made it” as if he was doing me a favor by doing what we had originally came in for. Would never go back to this location unless they hired new staff who aren’t all rude and disrespectful and can handle knowing who’s food they have right Infront of them -5 stars
Was going to try this Moe’s for the first time today. I’ve had Moe’s down South before but wanted to finally try this one where I actually live, went like at 11:15AM saw someone to go see if they were open and I guess to him it looked like they were still closed so he went back to his car. I then went to the door, and it was locked. Workers were inside seeing me outside, they ignored for a second then a girl with blond hair came to the door and says they are opening at 1130AM today when online they say they open at 11. She said it was because they aren’t “prepared” I then said well that’s not my problem and she replied “manager won’t let anyone in right now till 1130Am.” I wasn’t going to argue so I just left and they lost my business. Not a good way for someone who actually wants to try a place that someone actually likes. I don’t see this place lasting if that happened to be my first interaction at that restaurant. Wish I can give 0 stars ⭐️
AN ABSOLUTE MESS!First of all you walk in and they instantly tell you they ran out of a bunch of items (steak, bowls, chipotle ranch, etc). The place looked filthy we are living in a time that everyone is focused on germs I was shocked at how dirty everything looked including the iPad they use to charge people with was filthy (as seen on the photo) they didn’t even have any juices at the soda machine. The employees hairs are all completely exposed which can easily fall on the food and they are completely unprofessional and extremely moody. Honestly I will not be coming back to this location and I had to write a review to warn people because it seems like I’m not the only one who experience this. Management obviously isn’t concerned either because none of the reviews have been responded to!
The food isn't fresh always, they serve the cooked meats from the overnight shift and sell the next day. This location has the laziest employees and they refuse to change their gloves. Keep an eye out
I love Moes but this one realllllly sucked and that's being nice. Simple order nobody could make then the tortilla broke she threw in in another one in a bowl and said this will have to work. Cashier was rude and juggling everything else. Soda machine was spraying soda everywhere floor was covered in ice slippery no signs There nachos were so oily multiple people complained us and some others left. I never leave bad reviews but they have to get it together. ?
Why are you open till 9 if you have no adobo chicken, guac, tortilla chips, olives and hotsauce at 8:20pm. Change your hours to 8pm or serve till 9.
Worst moe's I’ve been to, portion on my bowl was ridiculously small and the staff did not follow instructions at all. The order was completely wrong
Not sure how much longer this location will be open. Went back here after months of not going to this location. They got about 10 online orders in a row wrong so we stopped going. Went back today in person to see if it had improved at 1:30. They were out of chicken, bacon and mushrooms. Not really ideal during the early afternoon for lunch.
We eat at moe's a lot. Tonight I ordered my usual bowl but when I got my bowl there wasn't any meat. So I went inside and one of the girls behind the counter was on top of it. She made me a new bowl no questions asked aside from what I wanted in my bowl. She was very nice and professional!
