It's ihop and we weren't expecting much. The wait was extremely long and it wasn't really clear why. The waitress was nice and gave my kids fruits as they waited but waiting with 3 kids for an hour for food never goes well. Overall the food was good. Atmosphere nice, but their booths need an upgrade. I'm sure that's up to someone in corporate though.
Had a great time last weekend when my partner and I went in. First time the waitress was wonderful, very kind and friendly. Meal was great. We tipped well. I was excited to come back and leaves positive review today.But when we went back today around dinner time, we got a different waitress whose very first words upon arriving to our table was a VERY nasty and unprofessional comment about another younger waitress.The entire time, our waitress kept giving us dirty looks and looking very disgusted at us any time we had an interaction with her.She brought us water in dirty cups and silverware. We asked for a replacement, and she brought us another dirty cup. I gave up and didn't bother asking for another.While we were waiting for our food, we overheard the same waitress being extremely rude to another customer sitting just behind us, griping to them about the fact that they were looking for a senior discount.Though we ordered the same meals that we got just a week ago (which had been quite lovely at the time) the meals today were not made the same, the vegetables in mine looked strange and the cheese sauce on top of my omelette looked like it had been reheated and that it has been sat there for a long time. We immediately felt sick after finishing.I'm reasonably certain now that I may have food poisoning as.. well, let's just say, I can't leave the bathroom.Absolutely atrocious, and utterly confusing given that our first interaction was so positive a week ago. Sadly we'll never be coming here again.
My food was hot when I arrived to pick up.Young lady on the phone was super pleasant and professional. I pick this place over Dennys any day !
Had a great experience our waiter was named Tomasz polite funny made sure we were satisfied the whole time overall great guy ask for him you won’t be disappointed!!!
At 9 am at Newington IHOP I said hi and I told the host that I need table for 5 people she keep looking at me like She didn’t like it but that’s her job and she didn’t ask for my name o something she just said that I have to wait 30 min I tell her is ok my name is Alex so I when to the door and waith for 15 min I left the place was a lot of people waiting after 30 min nobody text to see if was waiting in out never come back this terrible place bad Service cold coffe no wey
Today is 3/13/22 I'm visiting from out of town and this is the worst IHOP I've ever been. There is only 4 server working, you have more empty table than people waiting. The Manager at this point is unable to make a decision and there so many people waiting not to mention the amount of people that have come on left. There are no communication or update from the staff.
There's too many corrections to list.If you blame the errors on short staff, then put a Hiring sign on the door. Please clean your ice machine, there is mold sticking to the ice. Hide the mouse traps in the bathroom. I had to wear my hat, gloves and jacket during my whole visit. There was no clean silverware. I thought I was at a mom and pop restaurant, and completely forgot it's a multi million dollar franchise. This is not the place for a family Sunday breakfast any more. Time arrived 12:17 time our food arrived 1:47. There was no manager on duty.
Went on a Saturday morning with my kids and was told we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes and there were two families before us.So we waited and I noticed that there were about 6 tables empty. And no one was being seated at all.Even UBER Eats came for a pickup and the order was not even ready.Other people came after us and same thing.Since they had not seated the 1st two families before us. We left. Not sure if we will go back to that location again
Wonderful waitress. But very very disappointed that they were no crepes. It isn't very hard to make a crepe batter. I'll try again for the crepes, maybe call in advance.
ordered eggs through uber eats.... THE EGGS WERE IN A LARGE PUDDLE OF OIL. absolutely disgusting and went straight to the garbage.
