This has been my go to burger restaurant for probably 10 years now. By far the best burger I've ever had. This is what I like to call a "crumbly" Burger where the meat is not pressed so tightly allowing for a juicy flavorful and tender patty. Very unique take on the modern classic meal.Their food is fresh and homemade, tasty and priced right where it should be. The fries and onion rings are absolutely delicious and the different combinations of burgers (or chicken/veggie) plus an option to make your own is just fantastic. Available outdoor seating in the heart of Newington is perfect for nice days.If you're looking for one of the best burger spots in the area and possibly Connecticut, this is the place for you.
Work bought us lunch from here, and it was the first time I've had their food. I had the bacon, egg, and cheeseburger, and it was the best burger I ever had, hands down. The waffle fries were great, too.
The Macpatty burger is my absolute favorite burger. Hands down, the best burger restaurant I have ever been to.Staff are phenomenal, kind, and efficient. The restaurant is in a great location and has a great aesthetic. The food, burgers and fries, are delicious!
Excellent costumer service! Got food pretty quickly! Burger was solid 8.5/10. Could have more seasoning in burger patty itself but overall Is perfect in every other way.
Delicious. This will be our go to burger and fries place. My husband loved his hamburger and I got the veggie burger which was soooo good. Also - I don’t know how they make there ranch but it was fantastic. Plus, the employee who helped us out was friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!
Amazing burgers! I haven’t seen a sausage patty many other places, so that is pretty unique in addition to being delicious! They will absolutely pile on the toppings if you want them to. Great service, and they have Hosmer Mountain soda. All in all this is a great spot for a great burger. Haven’t been to Five Guys since I found this place!
I was very satisfied with my experience. I had to wait a bit, but i would have waited longer for the food. Burgers are of highest quality. The “Crouchdog” hot dog was an interesting option that was actually really good. I like that they have falafel on the menu, perhaps would a falafel burger could be a future special?
This place was so freaking good!!! I came here after seeing man vs food. This place is amazing! I loved the jam u jelly and the Mac and cheese burger. It was amazing. You have to get the Mac and cheese bites!!!!! The pickles are also amazing. I love them. I will make it a point to stop here again before I leave CT. This place has the best back story and is probably one of the best burgers I've eaten so far. I can't give this place more praise. just go here and get food. You won't regret it.
HURRY HURRY to Goldburgers!! You won't regret it in the least. Every single thing here is delicious. All their food is super fresh and insanely flavorful. It's our go to burger place now. The only thing I'd put in the suggestion box is that they start offering milkshakes sometime in the near future. With a burger and fries that delicious, all you want is a cool milkshake to go along with it. It's an all American pairing. But for now, will definitely continue coming here! Want to try everything on the menu!
Food was good. Unfortunately we do not support the violent political movement they are promoting with the posted sign. So we go elsewhere and will happily return if and when it is down.
