DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!MANAGER Melody is RUDE has absolute NO manager experience which means her position wouldn’t last long . She thinks it’s ok to make 2 mistakes and still be ok with it and wouldn’t offer anything to fix her nor her employees mistakes No morals at all ! I guess this is what happens when you deal with uneducated people ! Dunkin PLEASE reevaluate your employees starting with your manager MELODY !!!
These people are very unprofessional.. closing the lobby doors when they don't feel like dealing with walk ins ..never seen a dunkin donuts lobby closed at 9 in the morning because they didn't want to handle walk ins .. please go anywhere else

Every morning before work I try to come here to get some coffee and breakfast you open at 5am but you open the front doors whenever you feel like it you see me in the window and you don’t even say hey maybe I should let him in can’t wait till you need AAA I get the call I will be there but I will lock my doors and just look out my window unreal bro not cool it’s the same everyday doors open after 6am what’s with that.
Per service, takes to long
Went through drive through and started to order an everything bagel. I was stopped immediately and told they don’t have any.” O wait we have one left “you said toasted with cream cheese? No I never got passed the word Bagel. I want it toasted dark white xtra butter. I figured I better check it before I leave But I looked at the receipt and it said butter. Got home 10 minutes later opened up surprise cream cheese.
Very upbeat young people working there. Order was perfect. Beware of the sweetie cleaning the restrooms. LOL!! A lot of fun ordering
Coffee is good enough and additions are awesome. Different locations vary widely in speed of service.
