Drive thru is soo slow. Do not recommend. Horrible.
Horrible customer service at the drive thru. The app instructed that I had a free coffee for free coffee Wednesday and it didn't come up as Free when the cashier at the drive thru window went to ring up my order. No one would help us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The person in front of me had to call the crews' attention that they also had customers waiting at the counter, not just the drive thru. They ignored the walk-ins for a few minutes, too busy on what they were doing - it sadly did come across that the walk-in customers were a big disruption of their job. I ordered online, yet it took them soooooo long to get my order done and to rub salt on the wound, they didn't get my order right the 1st time. I had to tell them what orders were missing.This was not the same Dunkin that I usually go to... from way up there, top notch in service, to way bottom down today, in terms of timeliness, accuracy of ordered food and drinks ordered and being simply welcoming and accommodating to the walk-in customers. Perhaps, they have forgotten why they were there to begin with...

The avocado toast is absolutely wonderful.. I wish they would have it for GrubHub delivery.. but other than that I'd get it every time I go.

Of all the Dunkin Donuts on the Berlin Turnpike (owned by Gagnon) this is the only one consistently open, but with the slowest service for either drive thru or counter service. The employees are fairly nice but very slow.This morning 11/18/21 about 5:09ish a.m. I tried the drive thru first but the car in front of me seating there patiently waiting and you could hear lots of noises coming from the speaker so I backed out of the drive thru lane and parked and went inside...the employee was finally taking care of the car in drive thru....no one was working the counter so I left....I used to go to the Dunkin Donuts in the gas station, but since Joy has been gone they cannot get any overnight help....the hours now (sometimes) 5am - 7pm in a gas station that is open 24 hours....

First time coming to this location. Worst customer services. This lady added extra drinks when I told her only 2 things! A sandwich and juice. She charge me and throw out my receipt without asking if I want it or not. Thank god I ask for mines. Seen their was a mistake. Went back to show her and she had some other guy to come help me. He was nothing but extremely rude and giving me a mean face. Told him he was extremely rude. I told him in his face that he was very rude. He didn't care what so ever. The whole time their he was Still looking at me with a mean face, talking so much bad mouth. Never again will I ever come to this location.
