Great for kids and good pizza lol
My grandson just had his birthday party there and he had a great time. The staff was very nice but I do have one major complaint. The way the place is laid out they have a ramp going down to where all the kids have their birthday party and it's very crowded and very difficult to get in and out especially if you're in a wheelchair .They should rearrange the place and make it more handicap accessible and easier to get in and out instead of only one way which could be very dangerous in case of an emergency and everyone had to leave at once
It's CEC! Different with gaming cards but kiddos still adore it. Did my daughter's 6th birthday with super package and it was a hit. No clean up and all the kids enjoyed it. Unlimited play for 2 hours and dipping dots!
Excellent experience with a double birthday party tonight. Ashley was our party host and we couldn't have been more impressed. We were never left wondering where she was if we had questions, not that we had any because she had everything very much under control that no detail was left unattended to. She gave us the run-down beforehand and followed the schedule exactly, so we always knew where to be and when. Ashley is the type of hostess that every parent dreams of when throwing a big party with kids that can very easily get out of control. If you're having a party at the Newington Chuck E. Cheese, I would recommend that you request Ashley as your host. You can thank me later. Tip her well, she deserves an award for her attention to detail and professionalism.
We just left 5 minutes ago. Right as they closed. The staff with the black hair and two braids on the side had such a rude face when the kids were getting their prizes. Mind you, they took less than 5 minutes for all 3 kids. She was annoyed that even my nephew asked, "Is she mad at us?"He's only 8! The kids said thank you; she couldn't even say you're welcome. What kind of kid friendly place is this if the staff has a nasty attitude as if they are miserable? The food was so dried that the cheese was literally dried on the pizza. That u couldn't even see that they added sauce. I won't be returning to this location for sure.*edit for mispellingIncident happend 3/10
Very busy place. Local people were friendly with well mannered children. No more sky tubes. A little understaffed but nice employees.
Went yesterday, really enjoyed the pizza but $15 for a personal pizza and drink is a bit much on top of a $21 45min play card. The only other complaint I would have is workers huddling and gossiping instead of being behind the prize counter or register, they don't seem welcoming. Ultimately, my one year old a blast and it is what it is!
Went on a weekday morning and it was empty. Now it's a card and not coins. No more playscape for obvious reasons. Enjoyed by my almost 3 yr old toddler
Great place to take kids for birthday prefer age 6 and under. Granddaughter birthday. She ? loved it.
The kids had fun but some games did not work that why the place only gets 4 out of 5. Excellent customer service.
