Yesterday’s order was disgusting. I found plastic pieces in my chicken bowl! Trying to be fair but this place is consistently terrible! It’s only this location that is an absolute mess. I have been to numerous Chipotle locations in state and out and they have been consistent and great. I don’t know why I keep giving this one a chance but NO MORE! Yesterday I purchased a bowl and there was just about no protein, a HUGE piece of lettuce covering the bowl and plastic pieces in my food. I will NEVER go back to this location. I will drive further for better quality food. This has happened too often at this location and reading some of the reviews, it’s happening to others too. When are they going to make changes? Considering calling the health department. People DESERVE quality clean food especially with the prices of food lately.
Absolutely disgusting atmosphere!!! Every sine table was covered with food. There was also food all over the floor. It looked like someone had a food fight inside!The counter where your food is made was also covered in old food and sauce! There were plenty of ppl working there..SOMEONE should be cleaning up the tables and the floor! If this is how they take of the restaurant..I wonder what they do to the food!! Absolutely disgusting!
I don’t write reviews but Brandon P was going crazy on their review, if you wanna know what I’m talking about just click newest reviews and it’s before mine. Brandon your a Karen, stop hating on teens just doing a job you Lame. Your a walking L for that. They do fine at this chipotle, like anywhere else, there’s ups and downs, no fajita veggies for the last couple days which made me upset, but no reason to just tear the place apart. Keep doing you employees, and forget that clown?
I only get the chicken quesadilla from here and since they came up with the option to order them online no one seems to be able to fold them and cut them the same way as before??♀️... it seems simple and yes it's still edible but just way messier and uneven distribution of ingredients. Probably will still order them but just wish they would go back to doing it the old way ?
What’s with the huge lettuce? This is the only location I see that doesn’t chop up the lettuce & just throws big chunks…. I also notice the short skinny latino worker is bias or maybe racist. She gave one man 3 scoops of chicken, then gave me one…. I then asked her to give me the same amount she gave him because why would she do that? Anyways, this isn’t a good location.
If a place to eat closes at 10pm, why wouldnt I expect to be able to get a decent meal at 9:42? I walk i at 9:42 hoping to get something to eat before work and they have no food. No meat, no rice, no veggies but a sign on the front that says closes at 10pm. Make it make since someone. If that's not bad service I'm not sure what is.
I love it but what doesn't make sense is that you go in person and ask for a quesadilla and they don't sell it to you they say oh you have to order online. so physical money is worth it that is something illogical that no manager can imagine doing anything anywhere or making but the order has to be done online wow what a crazy idea
I slipped out front and hurt my leg real bad. I went inside to tell the manager and she couldn't have cared less telling me its the landlords probably and didn't ask if I was ok. Shame because I love this place they are normally so polite and the food is great. Hope they put more salt down so no one else gets hurt...
Interesting...This is not a Mexican Grill, but if you want decent tasting steak or chicken meat on top of rice or salad you're going to be happy.It's the subway of "wrapped" Mexicanish foods.I used to think I loved Mexican food...then I moved to SocCal in 2006. Didn't come.back to CT until 2016. They are feeding us lies, all of them.You need to know a from Mexico native to tell you where the real deal is. I would suggest you go to Iguanas Ranas in Middletown, but covid killed them. This sad truth is what led me to Chipotle.Not authentic, but okay if you tell yourself you're going to get food rather than say "Mexican".??♂️
The moment I walked in I was instantly hit with attitude by a girl with yellow and green colored hair. I don’t remember her name so that’s how I am identifying her. She was throwing the food around with attitude and rushing the order. I thought I was at a 3D movie. While serving me I may have only received half a serving of chicken. Thank you to the yellow and green colored hair girl, you just lost a customer chipotle newington.
