I’ve never been to a restaurant that was out of so many items. I went there for a specific meal because I’m not from around here and I figured it would be the same, to my dismay. Then after ordering online, getting to the restaurant to find out they were out of everything, they tried to give me more of something I told them I didn’t want and now I’m having to wait 5 days for a refund instead of just giving it in cash. I blame the manager on this one. They kept sending out the attendant to speak for them instead of coming outside to resolve the situation. She literally had to go back into the restaurant 5 times to ask them questions. Not what I’m trying to deal with after coming off of a 25 hour drive and I refuse to eat here “again” just to avoid the possibility of it (a situation being mishandled) happening again.
I went there on Thursday May 5th, I order a burger medium. Well it was medium but was the driest burger I ever had. Im a big fan of burgers and never have I not finished one but that night I did. Also there was a lot of trash on the floor. It seems the staff would wipe down the tables but no one swept the floor. I was very disappointed and I will not be returning. This is the first bad review I've ever given and I hope its the last

Chili's is great. Good food at a good value. The Manager took our take out order and personally hand delivered it. Great service.
Visited Chilis for lunch in Newington. Extremely bad experience; not sure if chicken was over cooked or old and French fries were saturated in oil and it appears to have been sitting under heat lamp for an extended period of time. The salsa was extremely watery. The manager was detached and dismissive. He did not introduce himself and was short when we gave him the feedback. He didn’t offer to compensate in any way. McDonald’s have better customer service. Very disappointed ??
four time my family and I have ordered from here through door dash amd 4x our order was incorect, missing items, cold, or burnt, and way smaller portions then going in person!! manger was to concerned with getting credit for the order they screwed up then she was with fixing my order! will also be emailing and sending corporate all four reciepts with recorder calls between managers and I and how rude and careless theu where. and how 4c my order has never been fixed nor replaced by this location. not to mention a friend of mine is GM for chilis and will be helping me get to the bottom of this!! over $200 in food and deliveries fees that im suppose to just let go?!?!? lol not this customer! maybe of it was a one time mistake bit four order back to back. i have pictures of what i received and the receipt and screen shot of my order to prove their mess ups and just bad quality food that I've gotten from there the last four time we have ordered! as well as names for each manger i have recorded being rude and just giving excuses for their screw ups. lost a customer who not only ordered for the family but for work lunches for a crew of 10 almost once a week every week.. we will be taking our money elsewhere!!
I have visited Chili’s restaurants all over the nation and I can say without any doubt this Chili’s restaurant is the best I have ever visited. Our server was a young lady named Sarah, I was very impressed by her attention and interest in providing a good experience to the customers. The food and drinks were great. I totally recommend this restaurant!
What a poorly trained stuff!! I came in with 2 kids, asked for a quieter table, not booth. One section was closed for whatever reason. Two or three tables were empty with plenty of booths available. Hostess couldn’t get me seated, she had to go ask manager, only to come back with an answer:” we can’t seat you”! “It will be a wait for 25 minutes!” Whaaaat? Are you guys for real? Last time I checked it’s a family place, fast in and out. They had people sitting waiting for tables, they are actually loosing money for company, if you are busy you can’t have closed off sections and have people wait, I get it when it’s a table or two, but not the whole section at 2.30 in afternoon. I hope regional managers notices this review, if not, I will be making sure to reach out!!!
I feel bad but review should really be closer to a one. Checked in 2 times in to go area. Finally called to get our food. Got home, there was a missing item and food was cold. I called restaurant. Was told I would get a call back. Call never came. Come on now.
