Place was super clean, however whoever was on fry duty loved salt like it was the best thing since sliced bread. I would cut back on the salt application, unless you love high blood pressure.Other than that, food was fresh, hot and assembled properly.Would return if they cut back on the salt dumping.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breaded chicken wasn't as good as I remembered but the shake, waffle fries and sauces are always great.
They were so busy and had employees taking orders in the drive thru line. Very pleasant and of course the food was great !
Honestly, I don't understand the popularity. Two sandwich buns broke apart making just holding them together awkward. The spicy chicken sandwiches were good. But I think BKs are better. The waffle fries lacked salt. Not sure if that's a regular thing there. Wife's salad was good.
Love going to Chick Fil-A.... Everyone at the Newington, CT location was SUPER friendly....
This was the ONLY time I've had a bad experience at Chick Fil A. The bun was really dry and crumbly. It was falling apart while I was eating the sandwich it was weird lol. Also the chicken was very thin and dry. It was a very strange experience. Maybe it was made a while before I ordered it? I normally order it without pickles so it's fresh but I guess they're on to me. Might have a " without pickles" waiting around until someone orders one?
I have never been here before and I was quite impressed during my first visit. The employees were very helpful, they were pleasant they were professional and they were efficient. We did not have to wait long for our food and it was not only delicious, it looked very appetizing. I will definitely visit again with my family and friends. Thank you
Always killer food and service. In equal measure--seriously how do so many kind and sincere teens exist? I was kind of a Jerk when I worked in fast food...although the clown and the king don't compare to this glorious Haven of chicken and milkshakes
Long lines at the drive-through, but at least the staff is friendly. IDK why management makes these kids stand outside in the blistering heat taking orders when the radio systems works just fine.
