If I can give zero stars, I would. Extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant. We placed an order through Grubhub, about 24 minutes prior to closing, obviously we were able to place an order still and the estimated delivery time texted to me.Apparently the Grubhub app automatically just changes its process or “In works” status on its own and even changed to “arriving soon” ?! Which makes absolutely no sense to me.I even contacted Grubhub Customer service and they tried to reach the restaurant and couldn’t get through.If you are NOT taking any more orders then MAKE YOUR CLOSING TIME EARLIER ON THE APP and /or INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO COMPLETE IT. Simple enough.We waited over an hour just to find out it’s not coming. And it says “restaurant cancelled order due to closing time” on my app which is NOT true. I, myself, contacted customer service to cancel the order after the hour wait and assumption our food wasn’t coming. Complete idiocracy and unprofessionalism.
Great pizza! They are one of the few restauranrs that I know of that offer corn on pizza, which I love. If you get pickup your pizza is guaranteed to be hot and fresh.
Did take out from them last night very nice staff. The pizza was good nothing to complain about and the mozzarella stick were perfect. but what stood out above everything else were the wings. The wings couldnt have been better. Very large, perfectly cooked and right amount of cajun seasoning to them, they had multiple flavors to choose from but you cant go wrong with cajun they are perfect for dipping in blue cheese or ranch. Ill be back for these wings any day.
Ordered food on the slice app for pick up. Walked in and the gentleman asked for my order. Then he says I have never received an order through the slice app without a tip. Said it 3 times. Little did he know I put $10 cash in the jar when I walked in. I didn't have enough in my card to pay my $70 pizza order and leave a tip. I only had cash left. Unfortunately you lost my business.
Picked up my pizza, brought it home, realized it was barely cooked and had to pop it in the oven. By that time, it was already done-zo with no way to resuscitate. The toppings were sliding off the pizza and there was way too much cheese, as if they were trying to get rid of it. Toppings tasted old as well. Worse Ingredients, worse pizza, Checkers. 1 star.
Eveytime I go there im harassed, by the same man. They have terrible customer service as well, nothing is ever ready on time and the creepy man who still works there hits on every female who comes into the restaurant. They make me feel very uncomfortable even after reporting this behavior to management this man is still employed there and still makes obscene comments to me everytime. I advise any female to please be cautious when going here. If I could give negative stars I would.
I went in for 2 slices. They gave me half a large pizza as if it's left overs. It tastes like it's 3 days old. The crust is hard as a rock. The cheese around the edges were hard and gross. It's really terrible.
idk why the reviews are so bad, my bf & i just got food from there & it looks so good! we waited a little but thats understandable since they only had 1 cook (remember we’re still in a pandemic , BE RESPECTFUL TO THOSE WHO ARE SERVING U)!!! anyways, they were super nice & gave us a free drink for the wait! definitely coming back here again (:
Was looking for a late night slice and this place was it. I mean the place shutting down for the night and the guy still prepped 2 ny style slices for me...??service beyond! He even offered to let me stay and eat eventhough it was late, I passed on it but the gesture was appreciated GREATLY!The pizza ? was GREAT as well as the service. This the place to be! Thank you for warming the belly ??
They have vegan cheese and are open quite late. One of the few between options for after 10 pm.
