I went there to buy a sandwich at 464 Reidville drive WATERBURY CONNECTICUT and immediately Latina cashier and this African American guy who were there flirting and talking before our arrival started bullying my disabled son and straight in our face asking questions sarcastically about the female top he was wearing it while locking eyes between laughs I asked them to stop and to speak with the manager the woman claim to be the manager and told me to step out that she won't serve me Then after she was inviting her co workers from the back to the front
Yet again they close the dining room good luck making money Burger King. I walked there and literally watched people pull up and walk up to the door and realize it’s drive thru only and then they drive away and go somewhere else because the dining room is closed makes no sense what benefits they get closing the dining room they are only losing money and customers
Food is good always had a good experience at this Burger King
I thought the Big King Burger was a big burger but it is a child size burger. Very disappointed by the way it is presenting the advertisement is not correct miss leading.
Big King shrunk. It used to be a whopper with the sauce, now it's a double cheeseburger with the sauce
My breakfast burrito was cold. Chesse was not melted. Hash browns taste like they refried it just so it can be hot. They didn't give me my Receipt
I like Burger King because they have their $1 and up deals then they have 2 for $10 deals and 2 for $6 mix and match. Sometimes I like their whoppers at Burger King but I only with cheese lettuce ketchup and mustard. I don't like pickles I don't like onions and I don't like tomatoes on whoppers and I like mayonnaise only on chicken sandwiches NOT on burgers.
So today I went to Burger King the service was horrible I ask for a whopper with mayo lettuce tomatoes and onions and I got a whopper with no mayo and the dude in the front was acting very very very very very very slow I gave you my order did you have a say huh what what huh like I don’t think you should be working there I read on the beach working there that’s very bad for you to hear customers super Duper Duper Duper Duper bad I really think he should get fired because no one should be working at that paste and one question do you are really does just hire anybody So do us all a favor stop hiring anybody Cuz that’s not fair to us the customers that go there every day and have to do with what huh I can’t hear you oh yeah another thing I wish I could’ve happened gave you zero stars because this is Burger King deserve a zero star rating only this location and it’s terrible
I've been there a few times and have always had a great experience! Josello and his employees are very professional, quick, fast and courteous.
The counter staff unfriendly especially the hispanics employees alot talking over food while serving inappropriate also no manners
