One of my favorite places! Had to give it 3 stars though... I went into get a half chicken sweet thia garlic (amazing btw) ordered to go when i got home the chicken was pink still.But love your restaurant is great to be able to grab a real meal occasionally other then burgers all the time,
Prime rib was dry. Half of chicken was dry. There we few sides available. The fountain drinks had few to choose from.The dinning area was dirty. The floor was sticky making sounds while I walked around. Garbage was over flowing with garbage on the floor.I don't think I will ever come back.Just hope this was a bad day and not a ongoing trend.
The team here is just wonderful! I had an issue with a previous order, and they got right to business fixing it! Service with a smile, some kind words, and an offer to continue making things right. Thank you!
Staff constantly changing, can't train them fast enough. Majority of orders contain errors. From chicken being excluded from a chicken meal to corn bread missing, etc. And definitely never order from this location on GrubHub. Orders always wrong. Food tastes good though, that's the only reason they don't get a 1-Star rating.
I went to this restaurant to pick up an online order made on the Boston Market app on January 1st. After waiting about 40 minutes inside the restaurant because the order was delayed, I asked the attendant and they told me my order was out of stock. I asked for a refund, they told me they could not refund me because it was an online order. I went home with no food and no money. I tried to contact them by phone a few times, and I went to the restaurant in person another day to ask about the refund. They got my information and promised me they would do it. It’s been 1 month and 21 days and nothing. Too sad.
Ok, not a bad place chicken nice and crispy however I do prefer tender and juicy some of the meat was somewhat dry and the wings were as hard as steel.
On Thanksgiving after reading on line that open at 11 I was told Turkey would not be available till 12. I drove an hour since Manchester and Glastonbury closed Manager was on his cell phone the whole time. One person was on the register, no help even bagging while 4 others leaned against the wall as they were not needed to assist customers as the line could not move. I think my last visit to your Newington store. However your 1 cashier was very polity friendly and caring.
Boston Market Newington Ct---The manager is the worst you wait to pick up an order online which I was waiting for an half an hour I watched 15 people literally walk out with food while I'm still waiting after talking to one of the girls telling her that I'm waiting for an online order then they want to apologize to say you have to wait 25 more minutes because those 15 people are left out with chicken...Smh the worst on top of that three orders last night had to be canceled with the same establishment.
Pretty good! Cobb salad was delish.
Awful Boston Market experience. Especially the corn and the stuffing. Did not taste like Boston Market is supposed to taste.
