They had an 80menu cheap prices great portions and great taste
I got a pizza delivered tonight, it was ok Italian pizza. I'm becoming a fan. I order pepperoni and onion, very good.
I received an email that described a couple of new dishes that was added to their menu. My husband and I decided to go and try it out. The baked ravioli was delicious and was quite large. We have a fabulous waitress, Sarah. She was very attentive, professional and pleasant. We will definitely return to Bertucci's again.
Enjoyed a tasty basket of fresh bread right out of the oven with a bowl of olive oil before we placed our order of drinks. The lunch selection was extensive and I had a plate of fettuccine with sweet Italian sausage. The serving was sufficient for two meals. The service was prompt and our server pleasant and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I just ordered takeout and had food delivered. The bag came with my name drawn in fun bubble letters. It just made my day. I called the store and spoke with the artist, Jasmine, and her manager Audrey. What great people! Thank you for the delicious food and small act of love and kindness. You never know who needs it. ❤️
Typically I go to this location and consider not returning because the service is so bad. Tonight, my waitress Chasity changed that! She had a kindness about her and a genuine understanding of what it’s like to be out with family! Great experience! I’ll definitely return.
Our youngest daughter is too young to be vaccinated, so we didn’t want to eat in the restaurant. I ordered takeout. When The employee, Jasmine saw, me, she immediately rushed right over to take my order. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. When I came back to get my order again, she was very friendly and had a sense of urgency like she wanted to make me happy. It was a nice day, so we decided to open the tailgate to our suv and eat in the back with the kids. I went back in to see if I could get paper plates and plastic utensils. Jasmine saw me again and rushed right over with a concerned and empathetic look on her face, as if I might be back to complain. When I explained the situation, she was pleased to hand me some plates and napkins and plastic utensils (with a smile). As we began to unpack our food, the order was perfect with no mistakes or anything missing. Now that’s what I call service! I hope the management realizes what a critical role Jasmine plays in their establishment. As someone who worked with the public for years, it’s not easy to give that sense of urgency with every customer as well as being so friendly.
Heather has been absolutely awesome! We came for happy hour and Heather was working the bar by herself but she made sure we had everything we needed and super friendly too. Really great experience! Love the vibe. Will be back!
Our server Shaniya was amazing. Very welcoming and always smiling. Great service. The pizza was perfect. Definitely would recommend.
