I usually stop at Arby's when I am in the area (once every few months), but today's experience made me wish I was somewhere else. Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order which was good. Got my food and my sandwich looked like it had bee stopped together. I unwrapped it and the meat and sauce we all over the wrapper and not on the bun. On top of that, it was cold. Dining room was clean. Bathroom was clean, but the floor was soaked and slick. I skated to the stall. Could be extremely dangerous for any older customers.
I got there right when it first opened my meal was decent at best kind of disappointed, I go here often and normally it's very good but you have to remain consistent no matter what!!!
My 1st time eating at this restaurant and it won't be our last!! Great customer service! Great value for your dollar! Healthy choices is a big draw for me and they had many!! Food was fresh ,served hot and C-19 guidelines was followed. Clean and welcoming dining area coaxed us to dine in. Enjoyed our lunch stop with plenty of parking and they have a drive thur also . I'm putting this place in my number one box of budget friendly, healthy choices, Best CUSTOMER SERVICE!,,clean and safe dining, category. LOVED IT!!!
I don't know if there's much to be said about this Arby's location. It's fairly standard for a fast food joint. Nothing to write home about but nothing wrong with it either. Every time I get food to go at the drive-thru, the service is fast, the employees are nice, my order is accurate, and the food is delicious. What more could you ask for?
What a big disappointment this was. I've seen the commercials for the French dip brisket and it looks soooo good. I really looked forward to trying it and had such high hopes that it would be great but sadly the meat just tasted so imitation (like rubber) Its difficult to explain but I could barely finish the sandwich. I'm not even sure it should be called brisket or even meat for that matter. The staff was okay and the French fries were pretty good which is why im not giving it only one star. I appreciate the staff member was nice. The place just feels dirty and the there was some substance on the floor that made is super slippery I had to take my time walking as I was sure I'd slip.Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be back.
So normally I really enjoy Arby's bow & then, but today....BAD!My wife & I went to the drive through, She ordered the Fish sandwich & I ordered A Chicken Bacon Swiss meal with CRINKLE frys & root beer. Wh pulled up to the window, paid & as the man handed me back my card, he told me to pull around to the other side of the building and park next to the handicap parking.."OK, can you please put some Ketchup & a few napkins in the bag" .. we pulled around and I muttered "fast food my Azz!After waiting for 16 minutes our food was brought out to us. We pulled around to the back to eat. My wife's sandwich was as ordered. My Chicken bacon Swiss was Chicken w lettuce tomato ad mayo.. frys were curly, not the crinkle frys I ordered and my root beer was Dr.PepperAND the curly frys..COLD.AND no Ketchup.AND no napkins.AND no straw for the Dr. Pepper I didn't ask for. This is pretty much the way all the drive through windows are now, no matter the particular brand. The service at windows is always the worst.. they know there is a good chance that you won't catch mistakes until your down the road or back home. Perhaps COVID is once again responsible for businesses having a hard time finding help..good or bad.Uhhhh..I guess the only thing this little review will do, is to possibly encourage someone to skip the window, walk inside and make sure you get what you ordered and paid for.Good luck!
Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it came out vanilla. The guy said that it’s chocolate but it just looks white. I took a sip and it was completely vanilla. Then they finally admitted they ran out of chocolate. I can’t believe they would lie to customers like that. So unprofessional.
I ordered and ate both the Brisket bacon ‘n beef dip sandwich as well as the buffalo crispy chicken sandwich (because I’m a big boy) and enjoyed both, especially the au jus dipping sauce that accompanied the brisket sandwich. My one criticism however is towards Arbys not this particular store, and that a heartier bread for the brisket sandwich would have been a very welcomed part of the sandwich instead of the limp bread that was served.
Food was ok i only bought some curly fries. Staff is so rude here. I only asked do you guys serve halal meat. But no one really answered me.I still want to know if they serve halal.
So good, fries are 50/50 so far, but will deliciousness, comes painful gout from the brisket, or the roast beef from day before. So I'll be avoiding arbys
