RECONSIDER if you think this restaurant will deliver as ordered. In my current experience THEY WILL NOT DELIVER at all and ignore you when you call. I prepaid and tipped the driver but never received the order. I hope they are honest but after reading the reviews I'm doubtful. I'll be disputing the charge.
If you do somehow manage to get the food you actually ordered it can be alright. However, barring that, the service is inconsistent at best. Make sure you always check your order AT THE STORE, because if you try to call them to inform them about THEIR mistake with what they gave you, they will get immediately combative. The man who I spoke with on the phone, who I can only assume is the owner based on the resume that he berated me with, was grossly unprofessional. A conversation that should have been, "Hey, you messed up my order, be more careful in the future," becomes a tirade of excuses and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I called to try this place out as I have heard good things about burger n fries ... But calling in a simple order of plain wings with a plain large cheese the man on the phone claimed he " couldn't" give me a price on top of the fact the man was mumbling quite a bit and with ESL it took almost 5mins for this guy to annoy me with the lack of information I couldn't place my order so if you're able to order let it know how the food is because my experience didn't get to that point. Hope it helps .
Ordered through grub hub, which is not actually a grub hub delivery. The order is just placed online through grub hub and the restaurant delivers. Over an hour went by so I call the restaurant just to make sure order went through and to get an Update on delivery status. The man says “I don’t care about Grubhub, I’m not Grubhub and I’m not checking your order. We’re very busy” and hangs up on me. I called back to say really? I spent $60 on food and you’re hanging up on me? He yelled at me and hung up again. Never again. I hope grub hub drops you. I don’t care if you’re not grub hub, you have my money and I want to know where my food is. You grouchy, incompetent old bag. I hope the next time you hang up on someone, they come down there.
TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I WAS TREATED POORLY. You except people to give you their money when you are showing poor knowledge of your menu while taking orders. And getting disrespectful with your customer wings and pies will probably be out of business soon enough. I can’t say I know one real BOSS that really likes to give you their money. This is one of my go to restaurants for delivery. Great variety, fast service, and delicious food. I love their grinders, pizza, jalapeño poppers, and gyros.
Called placed an order and the lady was very nice. The delivery was prompt and the lady was really sweet. Very good pizza. It was hot when delivered. Will eat here again definitely
Disrespectful people spent a whole hour trying order my food and the lady who kept picking up the phone would hang up in my face. I told them I was allergic to mushrooms and they still put mushrooms and I ended up almost dying in the hospital. I do not recommend this place to anyone. A lawsuit is in progress for these people. Lady laughed in my face after I told her my experience and said that’s what I get

I ordered 40$ worth of food and this is a joke . The food tastes old and then to top it off McDonald’s kids meal gets more then what I was just served ! This place is literally allowed to rip you off this is sad I would had gotten more ordering from mr g’s or dennys
