I'm absolutely horrified by my experience with this Wendy s. Not a single worker was to be found. The manager said he was the only one working Took me half an hour to get my food. There were groups of kids hanging out in the restaurant bullying all the customers including my daughter! The manager told me there's nothing he can do.The place is dirty. Stay away from here!
I ordered late night and asked for double/triple cheese on all four menu items that I ordered and did not receive extra on anything received… bare minimum but paid for everything extra. The person that took my order was fantastic it was just unsatisfying to receive the order late night knowing I couldn’t go anywhere else and to get it delivered at drive through unlike what I asked for but paid for in full
It sucked. Cold food, wrong sized meal after repeating it 3 times and there was no cheese on the chicken sandwich. Would rather go to McDonald’s then return to this store.
If you want REAL fast food that's SUPER FRESH food this is the Place to go to !! Wow ? ?. Seriously try this place...before going anywhere else ? it's the absolute best you'll ever eat in any Fast Food place you'll ever go to !!
I like Wendy's for their Krispy Chicken Sandwich and even for their breakfast. The honey biscuit chicken sandwich is jammin. What was disappointing was that I tried to pay with the app, and I put my credit card in, but they still asked for money. I told them I put my cc card in the app. The guy called over a manager, and she said no one rarely ever used the app, and I had to load money on the Wendy's card to pay with my credit card. So, I did all of that registration, adding credit cards to having to pay with my credit card at the window. Not like McDonald's, where you load your credit card, and it actually uses your credit card to pay. On another noteYup, the honey biscuit chicken sandwich is super yummy with that honey butter all over it. I was saying hmm when eating it..super redo..wish they had this all day. I even got great service in the morning to start my day.
One they forgot to package my taco salad that I really wanted, second I found a hair in my loaded potato. Definitely not happy about this

It's kind of slow there and it seems like they don't care very much. Whenever we go there the takeout line is always sooooooooooooooooo long! They take forever in the takeout line. When I ordered and asked for no lettuce, mayo, and tomato; when we sat down at our table..... They're was everything I DIDN'T want on my burger. I won't be going there again anytime soon.
Tables were dirty, not being wiped down after customers. Not real busy either. About 8 people working behind counter. I mentioned cost of cheeseburger (over $5.50) and dollar menu items but worker didn't mention any suggestions. Very disappointing
Ordered a baconator and they gave me a rink-a-dink I-dont-even-know. They took forever swiping my card lasting 10 minutes. I did not get a receipt in nor on the bag so i cant get the sandwich I ordered. Worst Wendys in the south east. Just terrible.
