Burrito was rolled poorlyCashier was talking thru my windows to joke with their buddy parked to the right of me at the drive thru menuNo sauce packages I asked forNo napkinsNo utensil for my cheesey fiesta potato. Not even a receipt. How on Earth was I supposed to eat that? My hands? Maybe pay attention to your work and talk to ur buddy after??

Horrible experience. My order has been delivered after 30 minutes. On complaint they still placed my order as per the queue and the staff talking about the rules. After the wait I got a meat burrito when I ordered black beans. As requested again the managers asked me to go to drive thru where there are 10 cars waiting I the line. Managers never took the complaint as exception and still telling the rules. Worst taco bell store

The costumer service was absolutely deplorable, not only did the girl at the headset rush us while ordering, she also spent 90% of the check out process chatting with other employees. Would not recommend.

Amazing food and amazing service. The people there are so kind and sweet. The food was amazing. The best I’ve had. I will definitely be coming again and I definitely recommend.

My experience was the best starting of with the server she remembered my name and I only been there three times.Big points right there.the food was all some. The service was a 10 I recommended that everyone eat at Taco Bell at 404 Colmon St New London CT I even met the RGM Vee she gave me a free taco

This particular Taco Bell has not only excellent service, but great food at a great price. Their drive thru personnel is top notch.

Very nice new looking building! Clean bathroom. Same great taco bell food as usual!

Best on the street hands down. I work on this street and I've been to them all for lunch. Always friendly. Always clean. Always fast. Orders are never wrong. Manager has a very trained team.

They don't know the difference between a regular chalupa and a Supreme chalupa. My girlfriend is allergic to tomatoes and cannot eat them. I asked for a number 6 and instead of supreme can I get it regular. They gave me supreme and I went back through the drive through explained that they had given me supreme chalupa instead of regular. They said that a regular chalupa is a supreme chalupa. If I wanted a "regular chalupa" I needed to ask for a supreme chalupa without tomatoes and sour cream. You know the complete difference between supreme tacos and regular tacos. They are completely unprofessional and don't listen when they make a mistake or admit that they made a mistake.

Absolutely no info showing if closed or not. Line of 15-20 people & lights still on. Closes way too early as well
