The service Lacks in being able to explain any item, they dont ask about choices for sidesNo personality..basically you have to know what you want in detail, the counter people are Only to take order and get money. Really to bad you dont get a welcoming, Just a what do you want.
Awful. Used the app to order since they closed the inside an hour early. Waited a few min and went to the drive thru. Told him my number, said he didnt have it. He asked my name, he said he has an order for that name but #8. He told me the order, not mine. Popeyes app is telling me #9, and i confirmed I was at the right address. He remarks "Well you're going to have to wait then". You can tell he did not care at all, zero customer service skills. I drove off and got my money refunded through the app. Locations like this remind me why Popeyes customer service is usually terrible.
This place is horrible and I never write a bad review for places. To start when we came in, I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. Well, the lady told me that they were out of Diet Coke. Bummer, but fine I'll take water... "We don't have water". What place doesn't have water?!?!?! "We have tea and Dr Pepper". Well I didn't want either of those so I went to go get the bottle of water I had out of my car. She asked if I wanted an extra side to compensate so I said "Sure I'll take another side of fries". We got the food so I asked for BBQ sauce "Bbq sauce is 35 cents each". Are you for real? I already paid for a drink that I didn't even get and you want to charge me for sauce? I went into my car and got the water and found my Mickey D's bbq I had instead LOL. So I go back inside and the food is ready. Go to grab the fries and they're cold. Of course, right? So my mom goes and gives them back to the lady and says "can we get some hot fries please". Lady literally RIPS the bag out of my moms hand- talk about rude. 10 minutes later when I've already finished my chicken sandwich (which was actually edible by the way surprisingly) I finally got some hot fries. Place was dirty and I don't even wanna know what the bathroom looks like. Would never visit this place again, as much as I love Popeyes this place was horrible and the staff was incredibly RUDE!!!
this place sucked...got a 3 piece chicken and popcorn shrimp. the pieces of chicken were small and way over fried. coating on chicken was hard as a rock. The popcorn shrimp was a joke. It was so over fried that not even any shrimp inside the charcoal breading,just a hard burnt piece of crap.
Waited 45 mins for food, had to listen to Spanish music blasting...ate 1 pieces of chicken , ended up with the poopiez..and threw $26.00 of it in the garbage ..NEVER AGAIN
If I could I would give this place NO STARS.nothing but problems every time we come here.Waited in line for over 50 mins to still not get my food. They are always out of everything.The last time I was here the lady screamed at my boyfriend because he asked what time they close.
Love that chicken ? ?, you can't get better tasting /full for 4.28$ after-tax than a spicy chicken samich from Popeyes!
At 2:30 in the afternoon, this location was closed to the public. The drive through only offered family style. That was an unsuitable option so we left.
I think it's a requirement on the job application for this place to be mad at customers for no reason. Try it if you want one part of your families order to be really good and the rest of it to just not even be there, super good sandwich if they feel like making it for you. All in all probably won't go back again now.
Food was horrible. Bland and greasy. The staff how ever was outstanding!
