We order from this place regularly because their food is delicious, well priced and I love supporting local businesses. I’ve never left them a review after other orders, but tonight, they forgot a part of our order, our drinks. We called the store, spoke to the manager in charge and he recognized us as regular customers, apologized for the mistake, took ownership of the situation by crediting our account and made us feel heard and valued. I couldn’t have asked for a better response from my favorite local pizza place and I hope everyone else loves their pizza and service as much as we do!
We were at Tox brewery and decided to walk over for some pizza and I’m so glad we did! The pizza is excellent and the service is one of a kind. We were lucky enough to get to meet the owner, ask if he is there and chat it up with him. He is amazing and has awesome stories to tell.
The local paper recognized Pizzarama as the "sine qua non" purveyor of New London style pizza. I agree! Just delicious, and their grinders are excellent, too. If you don't know what a "grinder" is, you'll have to visit. The reception and service is always welcoming.
Really good pizza. We ordered the special pizza with everything on it. Most places I order from the dough is kind of soggy in the middle with a pie like this but this place was cooked all the way through... very crispy crust not burnt
Small lobster salad grinder should have been called seafood salad from a can. No lobster sweet crab meat taste plenty of lettuce.Meatball grinder seemed extra small and meatballs were ground beef crumbled up
I have been going here since 1986/1987 the best hamburger pizza in the world and the owner and hai wife are the best . I believe he has past on but she is still with us . And there son bill great guy
Even if well-known delivery services putnan order in for delivery, they don't start cooking it until you walk through the door! It's a terrible waste of a delivery drivers time and for them, time is money!VERY SLOW and there's always a long wait. It's no wonder this place is never busy.It appears that they ONLY treat delivery drivers this way. Any regular people ordering over the phone or online, walk in & walk out ... done. Rude attitude you can always count on. Deplorable!
My husband and I came in for dinner. I got a grilled chicken, onion, and bacon calzone and he got a Hawaiian pizza with bacon. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were so cheesy and the marinara sauce was excellent. The calzone and pizza were so delicious! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. We'll definitely be back!
This place is terrible. The food is mediocre at absolute best and that's if the order is even correct and getting them to correct orders is like pulling your own teeth out. Staff is very rude and unprofessional haven't had a single positive experience with their service. Won't get my business in the future.
They have been a family favourite pretty much sense they opened and their food is always fresh and it tastes great
