This was my first time there, and in all honesty, the entire staff were a complete joke! Had ordered buffalo wings, and the buffalo chicken sandwich. They took our order, and then came back 5 minutes later, stating that they do not have buffalo wings. We were quite confused by that. They had offered us regular, plain wings, and then continued to say how they can give a side of buffalo sauce. How could they not have buffalo wings, but they can offer Plain wings with a side of buffalo??!!? They did not give us the side of buffalo, but my buffalo chicken sandwich was drenched with buffalo sauce. All the staff seemed to be wandering in circles, while the boss man was making 2 of his workers hang pictures of himself on the wall. Most the staff were just sitting in the booths with nothing else to do, while others drop silverware on the ground and don’t even bother to pick it up when they walk by.
Have been going there since I was a kid but unfortunately our latest experience was very poor. Food was so so and the service in the dining room was probably the worst I have experienced anywhere. We kept having to ask repeatedly for things we had asked for over and over. By the time we got these items, the rest of our food was cold and the dining room was not even close to busy. Really great local food and speedy service. I've tried many of their options and each has turned out terrific.
I have yet to eat here but I do want to share this information with those who have. I walked in to pick up a delivery and noticed a small pizza sitting on their delivery table and it had been sitting there for over 5 hours. I'm surprised to have seen this knowing how popular this restaurant is. I rate this as a two-star because of the obvious lack of food safety. they have lost a potential customer.
Great food cooked exactly as we ordered. Attentive, but not overly, waitstaff. A very pleasant experience. We WILL be going back!

This place is great! We had the eggplant parm grinder and roast beef grinder. They definitely don’t skimp with the good stuff and overall made for two great sandwiches. Looking forward to doing that again
