Loved the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Pool was great...but closed early at 8pm. The restaurant wait staff woman was horrible. I came in with 3 young children all under the age of 10. I received 3 vouchers for a prepared meal for the kids because they were under 10 from the hotel(I thought that was awesome) I was greated by a man who sat is was very nice and got a booster seat for the youngest. We sat about 5 minutes...waiting on a menu...the waitress came over and rudly said aren't you going to eat?! I said eat what we haven't seen a menu. She raised her voice a bit and rudely said...the buffet is there in the back ...I said we'll I need to order for the kids as their voucher says a prepared meal not the buffette...may I have a menu please...she again loudly and rudely informed me that someone else (the man who sat us) should have done his job to tell us what we needed to know. I frustrated at this point informed her I would like a menu to order the kids food. Needless to say they has to sit there waiting on there food. She came to check in only once and when I said thank you she never responded. She proceeded to walk over to the man who sat us and loudly exclaim to him how he didn't do his job properly for our table. And smacked him on his behind with a menu. She didn't come back to see if I needed another drink until she brought me the check while we were still eating. My youngest is 2. He repeatedly said hello to her and she ignored him.(that's a shame) when another table was sat the same man who sat us sat them and proceeded to give them water. As he was doing this she said did (I forget his name) tell you the schpeal about the buffeted and ordering...they said yes...and she rudely proceeded to say well he is finally doing his job(NO ONE LAUGHED) I WAS QUITE DISGUSTED by here at this point and just wanted to leave. She rudely dropped the check off while we were clearly still eating breakfast. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and In the beginning after I asked for a menu three times...she scoffed at me as I told her you know I have never been here before you could have approached the situation a bit differently than how rudely you did. (She seemed quite offended by me telling her this) she continued to tell me well the buffet and menu are just about the same so people usually go there look at the stuff then ask for a menu...again how would I know this? A patron finally gave input and said the buffet was reapply good as he has spent a few days there.

I really didn’t had a great experience, I had a group of 12 celebrating my mothers birthday, once we got there I got seated by a waiter who didn’t had any carisma nor warm, not even a single smile to say hello, I ask about a reservation and he say…. There is no reservation, I was like, ok….. can I plz get a table for 12? He said ok (very dry person) than he seem not to be on his game, we had to get up and look for him or wave (restaurant was empty) for him to give us drinks, then later on like almost 45 minutes or like an hour we had to ask for bread because he didn’t even offer any, he was very dismissive tours us, every time we had to get up or wave to order anything, we order some appetizers, they were good, than we order the main course, everyone seem so disappointed with their meal, but I can only speak for mine, I ordered steak with mushrooms, I think I order a ribeye, Instead of potatoes or veggies I want more extra salad, everyone got their food and I still waiting at least for my salad, I had to remind them about my steak, I really don’t know what exactly happens, keep in mind that I never got my salad prior to the steak, finally they bring my meal, right next to the steak was the tiny salad, the steak was overcooked and cold, the mushrooms were caned mushrooms, really?? That’s nasty, overall I do not recommend this place, food wasn’t good, service was NASTY! I felt like a 3rd class citizen in there, the alcoholic drink were extremely small for the high price, please people don’t waste your money going there!
Prices went up so much. Ordered a drink and the excuse was im waiting for the bartender while my friends had theirs. Got a warm beer.

First time at this restaurant went there for ladies night. ? When we first arrived the waiter was very attentive. Even though I had to ask for lemon ? For my water three times.When he finally took our order the food came out and the food was good but he only came back to the table one time. I wanted a refill on my water and I had to get up and go to the bar and get it myself. My friend ordered a second martini which he never bought to the table the bartender had too. The waiter just disappeared to busy talking in the back. Mind you there were only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant. I tip according to service. I use to be a waitress myself and you have to earn that 20% tip. I will give the restaurant a second try for the food but not the service. Next time I hope to get a more attentive server.
Our server, Laurie, was outstanding. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. And there was live music to make it even better.
Ordered linguini.. def wasnt linguini. Think i just paid $25 for ramen. Ziti and meatballs that were clearly frozen was over $20 for a kids menu. Im ok paying more if that food justifies it.. sadly this belongs on more of a dollar menu. Also the slowwweeessst service. And the martini.. straight vokda. Nothing redeeming.
Ordered through grub hub and it came quickly, hot and absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend
Got my buzz on downstairs to eat. Service was perfectly fine and the food was amazing. Very pleased. Had a pasta dish and it was absolutely delicious. Little pricey but definitely will return.
