Doordashed an order. Order was confirmed by the restaurant at 8:29 pm.....at 9:51pm the order was cancelled, effectively screwing me out of any other delivery option. Dasher was even at the restaurant at 8:40pm and waited an hour to get hosed as well.
Buyer beware: “It’s just wings” isn’t a real restaurant, it’s Chilis. I thought I found a new local wing place but as soon as I paid, I saw it charged my card to Chilis. Pickup also at Chilis. I feel emotionally blackmailed. I never would have ordered from chilis. Nonetheless the chicken wasn’t terrible. Kinda soggy by the time I got it home.
What can I say? It's just wings.
Usually I love this place but I was very disappointed… I ordered a pickup order . One 11 boneless wing combo that only came with 9 pieces and two orders of Buffalo wings that one order came with ranch spilt all over it. We were given no straws for our drinks, no utensils for the boneless wings and no napkins for wings!Not to mention my fiancé was greeted by a women who was very rude. She asked what the name of the order was and he responded with “Kim” and she rudely responded with “um you mean Kimberly?”It’s the same name. She was just trying to be smart.I was very upset. Lucky the chicken was good!Don’t plan on buying from this preferred restaurant, I’ll go to a different it’s just wings. Thank you.
