Worst costumer service. Expensive, nasty and the food was cold when arrive. The lady at the phone don’t leasing to you she talk over you , and want you to give tip mandatory, and if you say “no” they give you actitudes. Worst Chinese restaurant. I would give them 0 start if I could.

I grew up eating from this restaurant. The food is consistently phenomenal!! A must try!!

This place is 5 minutes from the military base. Food delivery took 94 minutes to arrive and was cold to the touch. I called about an hour from my order to ask about my order, did so politely, and I received, “ CALM DOWN SIR! HE WILL CALL YOU”More importantly, I ordered 2 items that would, according to their menu, total $15 (plus a forced prepaid $5 tip because of “gas prices”) but instead was charged $32….If you want cold, expensive, and poor quality then this is the place for you!

Unprofessional waited over an hour for my food just for them to not put everything I ordered in the bag been waiting almost another hour to receive the rest of my items that I paid for already

Food is okay, it used to be better. Prices went up which would make you think their food was better than what it is. They don't give you soy sauce and duck sauce like they used to either.

I usually have my boyfriend order via online and he doesn't have a problem and the food is pretty decent. Tonight was a different story. It is 11:20pm and our food is still not here. We placed the order around 9:45pm. We called after 45 minutes of nothing and were told it is on the way after asking for our order number that my boyfriend didn't even get to finish reading to them. It's frustrating when it's not that far from us but we wanted late night food we didn't have to drive for. I wish the online ordering was better because they said they never got the order. Hmm ?

I had almost sworn off Chinese cuisine in the last year because my experiences had been so bad... BUT TONIGHT... Oh tonight, I had the best Chinese food I've had in YEARS!! Everything was perfectly delicious--from the steamed dumpling (my absolute favorite) to the spicy Beef... Sooo good, sooo much food, and I am so grateful!

It's was good little greasy

I just got yelled at for trying to order butterfly shrimp. I was told "no no, it's too busy," and was rushed to order something else, but I wasn't prepared and I couldn't think straight while being badgered. I canceled my order instead. I get that it's busy but if you don't want to cook something then come up with a better excuse. I would understand if you had kindly said you were out of shrimp, even if it was a lie.

I was in town for an overnighter, and settled on this place after I was too late for Texas Roadhouse. BOY WAS I WRONG! Possibly the best house special LO Mein on the east coast. I will be back.
